This company is a total fraud. Please stay away. Mark, if that’s even his real name, never gave us an actual quote after paying him thousands to do so and our design plans were not complete. He stopped answering our phone calls and emails after trying for months to get the service we paid for. My husband went to the building to try to speak to him in person only to find the building empty with a lawsuit taped to the door. We did a little more digging on him and found he has two felonies for fraud. This industry truly is a scummy one so please beware!

He doesn't pay his sub contractors,I'm a single dad,who lives off the money I earn.
He had an addition down in sugarland.I went gave him a bid,he gave me the green light to get started.first draw was good, funny money on the second draw.still wanting on the final draw,it's been over a month since the job has been completed,he and his secretary will not answer the phone when I call,won't answer text.Merry Christmas

Mark came to my house looked over my project , agreed to budget, asked for property survey and left. Stated he would draw plans and get back to me in a week ...Never heard from him again.Glad he only left with my property survey and not my money. If he wasn't interested or the project wasn't large enough just say it and I'm ok with that. Very unprofessional your reply was absolutely false. I called to cancel the meeting based on a call to my HOA you guys called me back stating you worked with HOAs and would present my project as a safety issue. I never asked for anything free..I gave you a 20k

What a great experience we had with Affordable ! We decided to add an additional 1200 sq.ft.to our home to accommodate family moving in because of the pandemic situation. Mark's team and workers were just incredible to work with and even better they were actually less expensive than we anticipated. I have already referred 2 friends and they are very happy as well. Just wanted to take a moment to recognize your company,services,staff. Our firm hired this company to rehabilitate from ground up 73 flood homes from Harvey.We had many unfortunate bad experiences with other Contractors claiming they can do what we required. Especially Time Lines. Affordable stepped up and proved what they said and followed through on all of our specifications,budget,quality. The staff, project manager's,workers,office staff were on POINT ! It was perfect just dealing with 1 General Contractor that does everything just GREAT.We have decided to keep you all for all the project's

Affordable Builders of Texas just completed our flooded home that had 4’ of water and destroyed our home. We had a insurance delay based on they didn’t want to pay us for all the damages. Mark and their insurance experts stepped up and were able to get the full face of our policy. We have a new home that is incredibly comforting to enjoy. The process was great based on the selection process as well as cordinating colors and design. My family is so happy and grateful we chose the right company to take care of our home and recommend them to others as we already have.

MY GOODNESS ! Amazing outcome of our complete remodeling of my home. I must have had 15 Companies come out and after checking and looking at AFBTX references and projects our family decided to go with this company. They weren't the lowest estimate however, the finished products are worth it. Furthermore, they finished the complete 4500 sq.ft.home ,Bathrooms,Kitchen,flooring,windows,siding in 46 days. I have already gave them 2 references. Very professional workers and project manager was there everyday making sure everything was being done as we chose. Thank you so much
