Think twice about using this pool cleaning service. You will always have a dirty pool. They are over-priced and the most unprofessional staff I have ever worked with. There are so many other great companies in the Pensacola area - choose them !!!

Had high hopes for good customer service after switching from a different pool company to Faithful Pools for a monthly maintenance contract. First two months they were attentive to my needs and work orders. After a positive experience the first two months, they became unresponsive to service requests and accountability dropped to zero, unfortunately.

We are renting a home with a pool. The sand filter is 20 years old and has never been clean or had new sand added. This has naturally been causing all vacuumed debris to recirculate back into the pool. After sending a maintenance request to Perdido Sand Realty, another 1 star, a pool tenant showed up from Faithful Pools and told us the problem was obviously the lack of maintenance on the sand filter. He said he would advise Perdido Sand of the issue and give them a price. Several days later the same guy showed up and replaced some seals but said he wasn't going to add sand. The problem wasn't fixed

I have used other local pool companies in the past and not one of them compares to the quality of work from Faithful Pool Service, Inc and their service manager, Joe. He was professional, kind, courteous and prompt. If weather issues arose while helping me get my pool back up and running, he communicated with me immediately. Now, my family and I are enjoying the greatness of being able to swim again and to do so very quickly considering the conditions of my pool when we started. Thank you!!!

Faithful Pool Service Inc. is just as there name says Faithful! They arrive when they say, they check your chemicals in your pool each time they service your pool. I do not have to worry about my pool because I know it’s in faithful hands! I am very grateful to have such a honest pool company to maintain my pool.i would recommend Faithful Pool Service to any one who has a pool.

We unexpectedly had to have our pool liner replaced. Faithful pools were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The owner was able to work with us at a time that was very stressful. The workers were punctual, careful, efficient, and very nice.

NOT Faithful. Found them to be very unfaithful / unreliable! They do not show up on time, and do not (consistently) perform the cleaning services (e.g., vacuum, brush tiles or pool liner, etc.). They just use chemicals and expect the pool to be "self-cleaning". This business should not take money, if they cannot fulfill the services! Additionally, this business appears to lack skills to handle business / customer concerns. They do not take responsibility. Beware. Seeking to find a more honest and reliable pool team.

Faithful Pool Service has been servicing our pool and equipment for several years and we couldn't be more pleased. Lance and his staff are prompt and very knowledgeable. Ernest is our service tech and we are so impressed with him. He comes on time, does an excellent job and we no longer have to worry about our pool upkeep. My husband and I have recommended them to all our family and friends. A great company who still cares about their clients.
