This was the most professional and friendly experience I've had with any comparable service industry companies. The quality of their work was excellent. The price was reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about the whole process from my first call to the receptionist, to their followup throughout the process, to the completion of the job. Ordered the Pre season tune up and Dallas was the technician. He was awesome and very helpful in explaining my HVAC unit and some of the red flags that are lurking in the future. Some of the parts may be covered under warranty and their office is calling to see if those parts can be replaced under the warranty. So far the service they have provided has been great!😊

We had been customers of a competing HVAC and Plumbing service for several years. An incident occurred that made me think of getting help from another company. We needed a replacement for our AC/Heater and a new water heater. We contacted three companies for inspections and estimates. They all found the same problems and offered essentially the same solutions. But the estimates were not nearly the same. Controlled Climates came in at a reasonable price. They were ready to complete the job on our timeframe and they were easy to work with. Also, they offered a good warranty and a zero percent financing
