We had an old privacy fence that was falling down. We needed something new and different that wasn't old school like the fence that was there.Jeff came up with a plan a d design. It came out fat better than I expected. We are so happy with the outcome and product.

Jeff and his team built our new fence, backdoor patio steps and new concrete patio. Jeff’s team of experts used high quality materials, excellent craftsmanship and professional equipment. Contacted them about installing downspout drainage into my yard and possibly pouring a new slab for my AC units and doing some other drainage installation around my foundation. After trying to contact them a couple of times and speaking with the owner, I think, who sounded reasonably competent, I finally got someone to come out and review my project. It always amazes me that a contractor will take the time and effort to come out to look at a project and then not follow up at all. This is what happened. I spoke with the gentlemen, I think his name was Luke, he assured me he would get me a quote

Was just a job to them. Get it done fast. Didn't do what I asked, didn't finish. Just in a hurry to get done. Ask for an estimate on paper. Prices change, work changes but nothing in writing, can't prove he agreed to it. Didn't try to rectify any issues, just sorry and moving on. Disappointed. Jeff is a salesman, not a contractor.

Contracted them to do a fence repair that blew down during one of our spring storms. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to respond and get the repairs done. The work was completed rapidly and the quality was way above what I had experienced with competitors in the past. Excellent work and thanks for a job well done.

Update. Finished our project and we couldn't be happier. It is beautiful and we love it! Great workmanship. We'll be having them do more work for us in the future.
We aren't completely through the project yet but it's going so well, I just couldn't wait to offer a review. Jeff and his crew are redoing our deck and concrete around the pool. They are all so nice and they have done EXACTLY what they said they would do EXACTLY when they said they would do it and it looks AWESOME. I can't wait to see the finished product so I'll do an update when it is done.

Make sure you know what you're getting. After agreeing to the price and the work was started, all of the sudden some of work I requested was no longer included in the price I was given. I requested a written bid which I never received. I had already paid by this time. Still hasn't finished what I requested and haven't heard from him again. Talks big, follow through is poor. Very disappointed

Jeff and his crew did some work for us in Wichita last year when we were selling our house. They were professional, courteous, prompt and great to work with and our projects turned out great! I would definitely recommend Handy Andy for your project.
