Robert and Paul were very professional. They were very punctual and very careful to explain all that would be involved in the process. The workmen were also extremely accommodating and never even took a break. I’m very thankful that I found this company after I researched all the other window companies, and they lived up to their reputation. Where do I begin? Working with Paul and Robert, along with their team, went way above and beyond my expectations. From the estimate process (sorry about the downpour) to how quickly they moved to installation, I could not be happier. Talk about underpromise and overdeliver! We signed the contract on Monday and my siding was finished by Saturday afternoon. The crew was awesome and everything was done to perfection. Paul came with them the first day and made sure to keep us updated on the process. Once the job was complete, Paul and Robert came again to make sure everything was good.

I scheduled a roof inspection and estimate for a replacement of my roof. Paul came out, greeted my husband and I. Walked around my house with my husband for approximately 3 minutes, pointing out the problems with my roof and then stated, "I CAN'T HELP YOU MAN". Then he referred my husband to another roofing company and said, "THEY COULD PROBABLY HELP YOU BETTER THAN I COULD." WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!! I am still trying to understand what just happened and why? I assumed companies were in the business to make money and not give it to someone else. So sad smh.... This world just gets better and better

This company is awesome!! Our HOA gave us a deadline with a very short window of time to replace our vinyl siding. Triad Installation was able to send sales representatives over first thing Monday morning. The foreman was also able to come by to make his assessment. Triad Installation offered us a great estimate and were able to secure the materials Tuesday morning so they were able to start working that day. They replaced all the siding on our home in 2.5 days! We asked them to come back to repair our back deck. We highly recommend Triad Installations!!

Our deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and as attached to signed contract. When we met with Paul owner and then with his workman, they both said they could build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, without a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone who can build according to contract. They would

The team installed 15 vinyl windows in my home back in 2017. I recently noticed a crack in one sash (manufacturing issue - no fault of Triad Installations!) and Paul was out that day to take measurements and coordinate a replacement sash through the warranty program.
While delivering and installing the replacement sash, Paul even helped fix a strip of siding that had pulled off during a recent storm! Truly great service with every interaction.

Triad Installations replaced the storm damaged roof on my personal residence in 2013 and did a great job! This year, 2016, our newly acquired rental property, a triplex, desperately needed a new roof & Triad Installations was at the top of our list. Rich Barlow of Triad Installations was great to work with - from quoting my new roof to installation of the roof and gutters. After a tree plunged into my roof as a result of a recent (June 2014) storm, I was overwhelmed by dealing with the insurance company and then contractors. However, Rich was professional and his quote was the same as the final bill. He and his crew were here when scheduled, did a great job of cleaning up any roofing materials - I have outside dogs so this was a concern - and he took the time to go into my attic and on the roof when he quoted the job.
