Warren Paving was originally founded as an unincorporated proprietorship by Charles Warren, father of Lawrence W. Warren, during the 1950s. In 1972, the company had 12 employees, with annual production of 20,000 tons of asphalt. In 1986, the company installed a new asphalt plant in Petal, Mississippi, which increased annual production to 60,000 tons.
As one of the most experienced paving companies in the region, Warren Paving has been in operation for nearly half a century. Warren Paving annually produces over half a million tons of asphalt for heavy highway building, construction and high-tech site work, along with various specialized projects.

By far the best company I have ever worked for. very professional and the benefits outweigh anything I have ever had. The last few weeks we have thoroughly enjoyed watching your professional, well-mannered, & polite crews repave our neighborhood. I live on Lexington circle, & my 17 mo & I, have gotten so much enjoyment out of watching all big trucks. Our little neighbor boys have had a blast riding on the newly paved roads in wagons or on their bikes. Every single… time one of us waves at a truck driver; they wave back. We’ve even gotten the trucker arm big honks!! Ow ow! My husband is a car hauler, & he’s working through all this craziness, too. Please let everyone know at Warren
