If you need a HVAC company look no further then Sowal Air. I spoke directly to Dave about my AC not turning on after I put a new thermostat in. The unit was turning on but not blowing cold air. Dave scheduled his techs to come out and were here within two hours of my call. They reprogrammed the thermostat within a few minutes and had my AC working correctly again.
The techs asked if I was interested in a maintenance plan since we just purchased the home and the unit is about 10 years old. I agreed to have them do the annual maintenance and they were able to knock that out while they were here

After receiving five quotes from competitors across Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay counties, I hired SOWAL to provide both heating and cooling to my garage in Hammock Bay (Freeport, FL) via installation of a wall-mounted, mini-split system. Trusting SOWAL was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever had to make.

Within minutes, I realized Mr. Gavin was considerably (hilariously?) more knowledgeable than any of my previous appointments. Their product line is top-tier (i.e. Mitsubishi/Trane), as is their warranty

Sowal Air came recommended by our neighbors and we can see why! Our AC seemed to be working overtime and yet our home was still not comfortably cool. Made a call to Sowal Air on a very hot Saturday and they came that day to look at our issue and put in a temporary fix to cool things down until they could come back with the parts a few days later. Technicians were respectful of our property, kept us informed about what needed repair and why, communicated what actions they were going to take, and priced the work fairly. Highly recommend!

One of the hardest things is to find a good, trustworthy AC company, I have had so many companies in the past that overcharged or did not do the correct work. I've used this company on 4 separate occasions and all 4 times not only great service but I trust them and their work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good company who wants to make sure you are not being overcharged or work being done that is not even needed, all this has happened in the past. David is a total pro! I called him early morning for a same day A/C repair and was impressed by him. He said he’d come around 9:30am and arrived promptly- love that especially when guests are in the house. We want to give a shout out to Dave with SoWal AC! It’s hot outside and our AC at our rental wouldn’t turn on and we called and they were able to schedule us same day within an hour of calling! Absolutely floored with the exceptional SAME DAY service! I called about my AC not cooling at 830a. I was on his schedule same day, and then he was actually able to come out earlier than expected! Ot is now 1030a and my AC is working perfectly! He also gave me some maintenance tips! Super friendly and excellent professionalism. We just found our go-to AC business from here on out!

My Heat and air were not working properly so I started calling companies for quotes in the area.I got three different quotes and had 2 companies look at it. Dave with Sowal came out within an hour had it fixed in 30 minutes and charged me less than half of what anybody else estimated. I am the President of the Board at our condos and I have passed his info on to everyone there as well as to our property management company to us at their other properties.Finally an honest company to use in the South Walton area.
