The existing handrail was out of date and not up to code. We removed old handrail, balusters and post and installed 3 new newel posts, handrail, and square balusters. To finish the job we painted handrails semi-gloss white. The customer was having water issues in yard because old downspouts ran off into the yard.

Jason with Pro Improvement scheduled a time to look at some rotting wood trim, window sills and drywall work. He emailed a quote and work was scheduled quickly. The guys that came to do the work did an excellent job and the surprises that were found were fixed and Jason sent an acceptable revised quote quickly. Very nice to have someone show up on time and complete a job without any problems.

I had been having problems with my hound dog digging under my wooden fence and escaping. I live in an urban neighborhood, so her escapes were potentially life-threatening - she could easily be hit by a car. I had worked with a previous contractor whose solution did not work - she kept getting out. Jason came over and had an idea that was straightforward and, as it turns out, very effective. His crew came out within a week of my signing off on the reasonable estimate. They did a great job - it looks nice and they cleaned up as they went along. Very friendly and professional. We had Pro install our new kitchen cabinets and they turned out great - everything was completed exactly how we wanted. Jason was always responsive and worked with us on our schedule when things outside of our control were delayed. The carpenter Mike who completed the work was efficient, friendly, and great about communication when it came to what he was doing. Pro may not have been our cheapest option, but they got the job done right and it was worth it. I would recommend using Pro for any project.

Pro improvement services installed and repaired drywall in my home where I had some old paneling. They did a very good job of making sure it was done correctly and making sure not leave a mess behind. I had a tricky situation with one of my walls and they were willing to put the time in to diagnose and discuss the best approach to fixing. This was appreciated greatly. I would recommend Pro Improvement for any drywall related services you need.

I would like to thank the professionals at Pro Improvement Services. I had a terrific experience with everyone I had contact with. The workman did an excellent job on replacing the rotted wood framing around my garage door. I’m sure it has improved the curb appeal and value of my home. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. Jason and crew did a nice job. It ended up being more expensive than previously thought because we needed cedar siding specially milled and there was more damage underneath than was visible. Jason was timely and knowledgeable and his crew worked hard. We are happy with end result. And are happy to have it finished before winter.
