My family has bought over 15 cars from Barnett. From jeeps to Kia's. Best service in town. They take very good care of their staff as well. There are still several staff members there from when we got our first Jeep when I was 10 years old. Not the normal high turn over dealership. They always took very good care of my single mother. There is no better place in the metro to buy a car. 30 years of great service to our family.

If you want to go to a good dealer, don't go here. The need to take a look in the mirror as to how they do business. I think a lot of buying a car is about the numbers and they seem to want to hide those numbers. How am I supposed to know if I want to do a deal with you if I don't know the trade in value of my vehicle? Would you go shopping with no regard to the price? I don't think so.

This place used a bait and switch on me. Told me they were giving me a lease on a car with a GREAT discount. Ran my credit (after insisting they could not give me an estimated payment without running my credit). I finally gave in and the payment was super high. I was like what gives and they ended up charging me full price. See the pics. This place is sketchy as all get out and I'd suggest going elsewhere for a new car. So Jeramy Olson was the sketchy salesman and the sales manager I tried to loop in, Tim Rogness, has gone radio silent on me. If they make good on the deal, I will take this

Horrible customer service! They did a free visual inspection on my car and charged me 164.00 - then wrote on the invoice I received a complimentary visual inspection! when I questioned them about it they told me that I knew I was getting a visual inspection- why did I get charged for a 164.00 if the visual inspection is free? They didn't even address a noise I asked them to then when I asked about it they said it could be from low coolant. I accepted this because it seemed logical... Wrong! It was a bad transmission. Their inspection missed a lot of things as well, I went to another dealership

I had written a review here before, but it appears to be gone now. I came back to add to my previous comments, but I guess I will sum it up again. I purchased my first "new" car here about 20 months ago. It was the worst experience I've had making any significant purchase. The sales person was extremely rude and unhelpful, but I was so excited to be buying my first new car that I looked past it. We bought our first Grand Cherokee from Rick five years ago. Since that time we relocated across the country and moved back to MN recently. We needed another Jeep and reconnected with Rick who treated us well and gave us an awesome deal. He even personally delivered the Jeep to our home because he knew the Jeep was for my wife who is battling breast cancer. Went Into buy a truck .
Bought a used one . A 2015 Dodge Ram 15 bighorn. Very nice truck...
Paid cash for half and financed the rest.
Looked at the truck before I bought it
The next day I went to pick it up did all the paper work. And notice big scratches on it. And also the interior was dirty with pet hair. They said they were going to clean and detail it did not happen. Truck was a mess. Then one of the spare keys did not work . Then I noticed it did not come with the tonneau cover like it said it did in the paper work.
And rear tow hooks. Sales guy first told me it did not

I am only providing this dealership with 1 star because negative star ratings are not permissible.
I traded in a vehicle in exchange for a different vehicle and was told by the sales person, Rick Sorenson, that I would receive only 11 months for my tab, which he apologized for. Not a problem on my end.
However, when I received my plates, I noticed that the tabs were only good for 1 month. When I contacted the dealership, first I dealt with Shannon, she said it was the finance manager's job to explain all of this to me, which of course, he hadn't.
After some failed discussion, she

Buying experience was painless (zero work was required by them, as I had a very good idea of what I was in the market for). But, post-purchase customer service has been bad. Trying to reach the correct person (or that person again if follow-up is required) isn't easy. Some people have said "well, we're so small that we're all busy", then the next person will say "this is a huge dealership, so you have to expect some delays". They also haven't returned any of my calls; I've had to call back and try to track down the person I previously spoke with
