After the trauma of losing hundreds of dollars of frozen meats, we were saved by JMC Appliance Repairs professional owner Juan and his son Gary. They are the supermen of appliance repair. Once an appointment was made they stayed in touch several times by text to advise of their arrival times.
After assessing the problem, ordering the part, and giving a promise date for return and installation, Juan kept his word for minimal delay. Once the part was received we were sent a text and set up a return appointment the next afternoon. Again they were on time.

Terrible. guy came to install a control board for my refrigerator that he had me buy on line. When he got here the programing sheet was not with the board he would not wait ten minutes so I could download the sheet. Then he never replied to my calls or texts to reschedule. I was told to buy the board.

Called for service on March 18th 2021. Juan came out and diagnosed the problem. On April 28 2021 he said parts would be in by May 4th. It’s now June 4th 2021 and I’m reaching out to him once again to inquire about when our oven will be repaired.
Guess who just got back to me as I write this. Let’s see if it gets fixed.

Great service! The water dispenser and ice maker stopped working on my refrigerator. I was able to make an appointment very easily with the owner Juan. He came out the next day and within 10 minutes knew what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ordered the part we needed and fixed it a few days later when the part came in and pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use JMC appliance repair again if I have any other issues with any of my appliances. Thank you!!

Great and timely service. They came out the very next day, on a holiday. Very knowledgeable and professional. Was able to address the issue right away and recommended a simple, low cost fix rather than trying to suggest costly repairs. On the first call, Juan offered to come that evening to repair our oven if necessary. Fortunately we have double ovens and could wait until Monday. They came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the correct parts and completed the repair in short order. The repair was hampered by previous poor workmanship. The cost was fair and the work well done. I highly recommend them without reservation.
