Marcus and Camille Johnson have been raising their family together in the northern suburbs of Chicago since 2009. I would highly recommend Lotus Home Improvement for your basement finishing and remodeling projects. Marcus, Camille and their awesome team were professional, trustworthy, responsive, and completed the project on time as per our needs. They took care of the permit process, raw material purchase, coordinating with electrician, etc., providing white-glove service throughout the duration of the project. They finished the basement exactly the way how we wanted it and provided recommendations appropriately to help me make right decisions. I can't say enough nice things about Lotus Home Improvement! Every single person I encountered was kind and courteous. We did a full gut remodel of my kitchen. We had to keep the footprint as it was, but somehow they managed to double my storage space! They had wonderful ideas to maximize every inch and in the end my kitchen even looked twice the size given their clean, streamlined design choices. I worked with Lotus for a basement rehab. The whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process! They were super helpful during the design process and also listened well to what we wanted. They started work promptly when they said they would and stayed on track while also staying in communication throughout the whole project. And of course, the project looks GREAT -- there was not even a punch-list of anything that needed to be touched up at the end. We couldn't have been happier working with them!

Lotus Home Improvement completed our gorgeous top-to-bottom kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier. I was referred through a colleague who told me if I ever needed a kitchen or bathroom remodel to use Lotus. We had the best experience with Camille, Marcus, and their Lotus team! We hired them in early March for a complete remodeling of our downstairs (kitchen, bathroom, flooring). The process was incredibly easy, communication was perfect, and they always offered GREAT recommendations to us throughout the entire project! We become very close with them and have since hired them again for electrical work in our upstairs! We had our kitchen remodel done with Lotus and also some vinyl wood flooring installed throughout the main level. It was really a great experience and would highly recommend them for any renovation you may have. Marcus keeps a clean workspace and his team is always on time and does incredible work. I ordered my kitchen cabinets using Lotus and they also installed them. Wow! The cost difference between them and everywhere else is outstanding. I saved so much using Lotus and the cabinets look so beautiful. The installers were very professional and seemed quite experienced. Lotus did the measurements and delivery at no extra charge. Thank you so much for making my kitchen look so gorgeous and saving money too!
