Never dealt with a such unprofessional person.All measurements were done by Anthony and when doors arrived they were too wide and too long, instead of replacing doors he told me I should make my doorway wider, even though he saw that walls and floor were done, WTH are you serious!!!??? He just left, without installing doors, after this he never picked up the phone and never refund my money.

Ordered sample for $12.95. After weeks of not receiving contacted company. They wanted me to provide my address again and the sample that I ordered. Did that and seven months later I am still waiting for my sample. Fortunately I found another company that has a better selection of doors that are very similar and purchased 4 doors from them.

I am building two houses and was looking for doors that are modern and stylish. I went online and found Ville Doors. I spoke to the owner Anthony and he advised me on styles and functions of various doors. He is a very nice, kind, and humble person.
I ordered 56 doors from him and they all look sublime. Often I see people pass by my houses and stop their cars to look at the entrance doors because they are so unique and different. Asides form being stylish, they are very durable and functional too.
He had his guy install them and he made sure to keep the property clean. I highly recommend Anthony

Bought doors from this company for a commercial project - they came damaged AND the wrong color. When we notified the company asking for a replacement or a refund - they said we only had 48 hours to report a claim. These doors came in a wooden crate - we were not going to open them until to was time to install them. To not even replace the doors that were THE WRONG COLOR, is obscene. Will not use again, nor will this franchise company.

Wall are placed. They didn't show up twice. Now since the project
Is merely finished. There making excuses now, regarding door opening. They should have checked this before Accepting payment. I've done numerous renovation projects, have never met an unprofessional & dishonest business owner. Now, the business owner is not returning our deposit, will have to file a lawsuit.

Please avoid this business!!! Owner is very fraudulent & crook. We placed an order with him for doors, give him payment. He never showed to measure or delivery door. Now he is avoiding us because we asked for a refund. We are going to file a lawsuit in court. Do yourself a favor & avoid this business! You will thank me later!

We were glad when he sent it by Road Runner transport company, but then on the day of delivery I received a call from the transport company that the local station received the paperwork but not the actual freight.
When the transport company still could not locate the freight after 48 hours, we contacted Ville Doors to see if it is possible for them to put some pressure on the

PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS! We ordered our exterior double door in September, 2018 and it was delivered in December, as anticipated. Because we were in the middle of renovation, we did not install until January, 2019. We also ordered the keypad for keyless entry. The owners are not only difficult to deal with but lack a rudimentary knowledge of the working of the door. We kept saying that the keypad produced a click in the door but nothing locked or unlocked.

We needed a custom entry door double with sidelights. Ville Doors was one of three companies we looked at. We live in Dallas Tx so no local support or install. However, the order process was perfect, yes long lead time as instructed on custom door. Shipped on time and in very sturdy crate. The install communication was fast, accurate and helpful. We decided to do the install ourselves due to the door being nonstandard. The system was very well engineered and everything worked much better than expected. Quality is the best. We are very pleased with the whole experience with Ville doors. As a warning

We ordered around 11 interior Dominika Wenge Oak doors and a Sophia double entry door back in August to be shipped to our new home in Southern Oregon. The interior doors took 3-4 weeks but when I called for status I was given a 9 weeks lead for the entry door. As the previous review said we had to pay in full in advance and were at their mercy. The entry door took more than the 9 weeks as we just received it the week before last. Upon inspection of the interior doors which cost $583 to 600 we found them to be of poor quality. The perimeters are solid but do not seem like Oak and the panels down

We bought several doors from Ville Doors. That included interior doors and entry door. The entry door has not been installed yet, so cannot comment on it yet. But as far as the interior doors go, we love them so much! The doors are absolutely beautiful and we have been getting so many compliments about it! The store owner was very helpful and patient when we were choosing the doors. We are grateful for his help! We highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality doors!
