Currently suing this company for deceptive business practices.
They won the bid on a new build commercial storefront by promising (in writing) that they could complete installation in 3 weeks. They were not the low bidder, but all of the other companies said custom herculite doors (half the job) were on a 6-week lead time - Action Glass reaffirmed they could get them and install them in 3 weeks. The usual 50% down payment was paid. They showed up at the end of their 3 weeks and spent three days to complete 50% of the work (the aluminum and glass half). They admitted that they hadn't ordered

Unless you like waiting around and having to stay on top of what they are doing I would not call this company. They came out to do estimate when they said, after that it was down hill all the way. Needed a single pane of glass replaced on storm door. It took 10 days to have it done (not 2-3 as stated). I had to call for updates, got excuse after excuse. Finally got it installed (9PM), and the workmanship is crap. Seal is not correct, not installed back in the door correctly. Not sure why this says Im in CA, I'm not I am near Kemp TX. Wish they would offer negative star reviews.
