I called A&D on Feb 1st, 2021. We were looking for one-stop shopping on numerous projects we wanted to do on a home we just purchased. Spoke with Al (nice guy), and he said I needed to talk to Derek. He gave me Derek's number and I called and left a message the same day. Derek never called me, so I called the main number again on Feb 3rd and got Al again. He said he'd have Derek call me. Derek called me on Feb 4th and we spoke about some of the jobs I wanted done sooner rather than later. I explained that our realtor has access to the house as we aren't yet in the state (we're military in the process
