Established in 2001 as an extension of the family business operated by Chapman Burnett Sr. Burnett Roofing is a full service commercial roofing & sheet metal company serving clients in Central Kentucky & the surrounding areas. Specializing in new construction roof installations & roof replacements; Burnett Roofing also provides Roof Inspection services, preventative maintenance & leak repair services.
Burnett Roofing's list of completed work includes private projects negotiated directly with building owners/property managers, as well as projects competitively bid in public markets. Our company facilitates all phases of work, including but not limited to, roof repairs and maintenance, roof installations for new construction, roof retrofits and complete roof renovations (removal and replacement).
It is our goal to have well informed customers who make decisions that maximize the value of their roof. That is why our customers receive a Roof Inspection Report. We want you to understand the issues without climbing a ladder. Paper copies, PDF files or a web based log of repairs can be provided at any time.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is a black or white membrane that comes in 45 mil, 60 mil, and 90 mil thicknesses and can either be Mechanically-Attached or Fully-Adhered. EPDM has the advantage of being is easy to repair and is competitively priced. We install the four most common commercial roofing membranes: EPDM, TPO, PVC and Modified Bitumen (MB is a broad category of different types of rubberized asphalt sheeting).
