After calling, getting a quote, and scheduling we waited. They were going to be there on a Wednesday. They never showed and then next Wednesday and so on. Four weeks later and they stop answering call almost like they are looking at caller ID. A complete waste of time that set schedules on everything else behind. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

I called to inquire about insulation in our home. The person I initially spoke with was very rude. He told me I would get a call from someone named Brian on Monday. Despite my initial experience, I thought it might be worth hearing him out. I never even got a call back.

First time having my house re-insulated and couldn't have had a better experience! The crew spotted other troubles in my attic and addressed the issues at no extra cost!!! Very courteous and professional. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete. Couldn't tell they were even there. I can already tell a temperature difference in the upstairs of my house. Highly recommend if you are on the fence about getting insulation work done.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! We were told that there might be a smell in the house for a couple days after but we are going on 3weeks with a smell after getting insulation blown in our attic. We have called several times asking for someone to come check it out since I am pregnant and have an 18month old and we don't want to take any risks when it comes to our health. But no one has gotten back to us!! So unacceptable!

Called "Brian" for an estimate. He said he would show up the next day or the following work day. Called back the 3rd day and talked to office manager. She said that she would find out what is going on and call me back. Did not hear from her. If they are too busy, they should have told me so. I think I have found another company that is reliable.

I have worked with Jim for several years. More than I want to count, always on top of the changing world of insulation and always has performed above my expectations. We are remodeling contractors and we always flash foam our exterior walls with 1/2" spray foam than R-19 (we build with 2x6), our ceilings are R-30 to R-38, Our crawl space are controlled crawls, (no outside air vents) these are sprayed with 2" spray foam. So basically we build an Igloo on a home. Jim takes care of all our insulation needs.
