Diamond Landscaping, Inc. is an award winning Design/Build company located in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Diamond's projects can be seen at some of the most prestigious addresses throughout Western Pennsylvania. Established in 2000, Diamond is the result of two long standing landscape/lawn maintenance companies merging, Terrific Turf and Barbara Kramer Landscaping.

Barbara Kramer Landscaping was formed as a woman owned lawn maintenance business in 1991. As the business grew, Barb's focus turned towards landscape design and installation. The two successful companies joined forces after Tom and Barb met and became partners in marriage in 1999. The result is an all-inclusive design/build landscape company built on the respective strengths of the founding companies.

Services
Once your design is finalized, we will expertly install your zone-hardy plants that will bring years of beauty and enjoyment. You can be confident that our experienced staff will use planting standards implemented by the Horticultural Society of America. Materials will be installed using screened topsoil amended with Healthy Start 3-4-3 plant fertilizer and Soil Moist, a moisture retention product.
Diamond is a premier installer of a diverse line of paving products. We take pride in our meticulous craftsmanship and array of options for elegant patios, winding walkways, and functional driveways. Diamond's hardscape foremen are ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) certified installers.
Concrete pavers are a popular choice for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool surrounds. Pavers are manufactured to high standards, creating a durable product that can actually create a stronger surface than traditionally poured concrete. They come in an almost unlimited variety of shapes, styles, patterns, and colors, giving plenty of choices to allow a unique area that complements the house and landscape.
Outdoor lighting enhances the aesthetics of you home while adding security through added visibility. Diamond's trained professionals can design, install and service all of your landscape lighting needs. We are beyond satisfied with the work Diamond Landscaping did at our home. We had an old stone walkway and front porch replaced with a paver walkway and porch. We also had our front and back yard landscaped, as well as professional lighting installed. Tom and Barb are joys to work with. We had an initial consult at our home, and then we went to their office where they showed us a rendering of the plan, providing an itemized quote. We found this very helpful for visualization. We can not recommend Tom and Barb of Diamond Landscaping more highly. Any job big or small and Diamond is the way to go. This is the second time that we have used them. The first was a stone back patio with sitting wall, firepit and pergola and they just completed the patio surround for a pool installation along with a water feature and surrounding landscape. They are true professionals. Tom (owner) was there every day of work at the house to make sure that we were comfortable and that things were done right. They come when they say the will and keep you updated along the way. Our project got moved

Diamond Landscaping has done extensive work over the years to help us create our backyard dreams. They installed a beautiful paver patio with seating wall, grill island, additional island with sink and bar style seating and pizza oven. We have worked with Diamond Landscaping for 20+ years. The work they do is impeccable. Our flower beds, perennial plants, trees and shrubbery are beautiful. Every Spring the crew arrives and within two days we are ready for Summer; and then in September, they arrive again and make us ready for Fall and Winter. They take all the seasonal plants and trimmings away with them too! The mulch beds are edged beautifully and mulched perfectly for the summer plantings. And the Fall clean up is immaculate. I was interested Diamond landscaping because of their experience with pavers and retaining walls. I set up with Tom & Barb. It took a couple of weeks for them to visit because Tom was busy. We agreed to buy a plan for$500 and gave them a 50% deposit in advance. Proposed delivery presentation was a month later. Four days before the presentation date we got an email that they were pushing back the presentation for two more weeks. I imagine Tom was still busy. I emailed them about my concern about the slipping schedule. Barb replied that they were quitting because they couldn't satisfy my

My LawnCare company services two places that were hardscaped by Diamond. I see a lot of places where people have put some money into retaining walls, patios, pavers, firepits, pillars, steps, and all the other things you can imagine with today's engineered block. The two properties I am speaking about are the best looking hardscaped places I have seen... So much so that I purposely asked the home owners who did their work.
