Totally disappointed in Kevin. We had him pave our driveway last May and this spring we noticed we had a sink hole and called him in April and he came right out and said he would be back in a couple of weeks and we still have not seen him. We call him on a weekly basis with no response. I understand they are busy but a phone call goes a long way!!!

My driveway i had done in 2014. I have an ice skating rink on the other end of my driveway, cracks. I have tried to call multiple times in the past but never got a call back. The reason for writing this so late is because the last oil delivery split my driveway and now I have to have it fixed. This should not have happened for an 6yr old driveway and now it is costing a pretty penny to be fixed.

Been with this company for years until father retired and turned over to son, who gave us a quote for sealing this past winter. Spring and summer rolled around. Phoned on a near daily basis for weeks. Refused to answer or return messages. Just tried to get them to come out and fulfill their job quoted. Never happened. Had to seek help from a competitor. Don't expect a holiday card from us this year. Yup, we're nobody.

I can't comment on their work as they never came back and they have not returned my emails. Initially Kevin responded very quickly to an email request for an estimate (April 2019). He was very pleasant and informative and his estimate was very reasonable. He told me we were about 4 weeks before the paving season would begin and he would contact me. That was April and we never heard from him again. I called the number on the website and initially the VM was full and wouldn't allow me to leave a message. Lately it just rings. No response to emails sent ( that's how I initially got a hold of him)

Very Disappointed !! Had Kevin come out for an estimate in April/May he booked us for the week of 4th of July. The week prior too called Kevin, messaged him to verify what day he was coming as we were very excited to finally have a driveway and waiting over a couple months and he would NOT take my calls, would not reply to my any of my messages or e-mails. Then finally after the 4th he messaged me to say he had no phone service and when did we want to book the driveway....now after the fact. I guess KC Paving was more concerned about the big guys (NH State Liqueur Store) then its little people

Contractor was efficient and work was well done. Only reason why I took a star off is coordination around job date. There was a few cancellations and then they arrived on a day that I was not there and never gave me a heads up.. Hopefully this improves going forward. I will submit another review when I have them perform the seal coat of my driveway to let people know!

Kevin and his team stuck to the estimate, arrived on time, did what they promised and my driveway looks great. They gave the cheapest estimate and provided great advice on solving my challenges.
