I am from GA and placed an order for a sectional before making a 2 week trip to Oregon. Sadly, the fabric I chose was not available and I was in a complete panic due to a time frame I am on! Emmett, without question, pulled out fabric swatches for me to look at and was patient as I thumbed through over and over to pick a new one.
M. Jacobs made no money from helping me today and didn't bat an eye. Thank you for your knowledge on my choice, your kindness (since I am southern, totally felt at home!) and allowing me to "use" you! I've furnished 2 homes now from M. Jacobs - my original living room set is still in great shape after 12 years, 3 kids and now 2 grandkids.
My newest addition is an absolutely beautiful copper-top dining set. The sales and warehouse team in Bend are top notch - I won't shop anywhere else! I purchased my living room set from M Jacobs and I LOVE it. I had back surgery and needed a chair that was easy on my back. The sales staff helped me find the perfect one.

Mjacobs does not stand behind the furniture they sell. GM and Store Managers want to ignore the issue. Unprofessional business interactions. Scott and Daniel told me if I wanted to speak to anyone above them to report this that I could go ahead and write a letter to the company. Then he hung up on me. The Jonathan Louis furniture that we bought is… junk. I cannot get a hold of their reps either. No return phone calls. I have a log 6 pages long of my calls and messages. This company is a JOKE and I would recommend to shop anywhere but here! This has been going on since the couch was delivered

My Husband and I had been looking for him a new recliner and came to Michaels Home Store at Gateway in Jan 2021. The store was nice and clean and Trisha Jared showed us around keeping in mind what our price range was. She was very professional and made finding the perfect chair simple and easy! The furniture that we got is great, was a custom order that was returned so we got a great deal. However the positive experience ends here. Our salesperson was nice but very unorganized and we had to make several last minute trips down to the store (which was a bit of a drive for us especially during rush hour) because of her mistakes. They also cannot get a handle on their financing and when my husband and I called (not for the first time) after continually being charged the incorrect amount for our payment, we had the pleasure of speaking with Allie, the delightful woman in their finance area

Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were initially just strolling through, Scott introduced himself and he was very low pressure. Would just periodically check in and see if we had any questions, very hands off which was much appreciated! Then we saw a set we loved. We had a prior commitment that day and had to leave quickly - but we called multiple times following our initial visit and he was so kind and accommodating! We came back the next day and we ended up closing the sale on a complete bedroom set. We had a very short window of time as we were from out of town and wanted to hit
