Connor, our HVAC Service Tech, was fantastic! He explained everything multiple times to me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable about our system and what type of maintenance we would require down the road. This company also offers 24/7 maintenance in case anything goes wrong. Technician was very knowledgeable of his job and very detailed in his description of the issues found with our system. He took his time making sure we understood all our options for repair/replacement. We have scheduled them to return for duct/vent cleaning and would most definitely recommend their services.

This Company is awesome!! They put in a water system, installed washer and dryer, generac and rewired entire house. We were so impressed with the professionalism of each worker and the Customer Service you received from the very first call to schedule the work. All interactions with Premium Home Services from the office calls to in person have been pleasant and stress free. The guys are in and out with great work. We first met Johnny and after meeting him we knew this was the company we wanted to perform the work at our house. Thank you Premium Home Services!!!

Premium Home Services has been great to work with. We called them to do some electrical work. The electrician, Jake, showed up on time and worked hard the full day to get the scheduled work done. He explained the work he did and made sure any of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We have more work to do and Jake made sure to schedule the next appointment before he left. So far, Jake’s work and Premium’s customer service has been outstanding.

I contracted with Premium Home Services for some electrical repair work; upgrading service from 100 to 200 amps, replacing the meter, replacing the panel, grounding the service and install a dedicated circuit for a sump pump required for foundation contracting work to occur at the same time.
Within the 12 days or so between approving the estimate and them doing the work, they had obtained the necessary permits, coordinated with the electric company and the foundation contractor for the sequence of tasks necessary to ensure the interior vapor barrier was in place, when the new panel and outlet

The office staff as well as the in-field team, are true professionals and just amazing! Not only is there workmanship quality, but working with them throughout the company is actually enjoyable. All around great experience!! Employees are super professional and knowledgeable. I had a 28 year old system that needed replaced. They replaced it within a day! I was sold on the unit as well as the warranty and customer service they continue to offer once they replace the existing unit. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to getting a new unit. Excellent service. I would 10 out of 10 recommend everyone I know to use this company!!
