I just visited the car lot to look at a truck I was interested in. I did reach out however inquiring about the truck via online at their website. I was met with prompt responses by an associate. I felt good about the communications as the associate was straight forward. After looking at the truck I decided it was not a fit for me.

We had a great experience with Jarrod at Trice Hughes. I called to ensure they had the vehicle we were interested in and he made sure he had it pull up front for us. He was close enough for questions, but wasn’t hovering as we talked about the vehicle and tried out features. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though he was very busy, he always made sure we were doing ok. Anna made the paperwork process very quick. It was the best car buying experience we’ve had and will definitely be recommending them to others!

Beware! I would not recommend investing your money or time here! We live a couple hours away so we spoke with Mr. Hughes via email and phone. We specifically asked if the car had been inspected and if there were any known issues. He confirmed that the only issue was that it was hit in the front previously from an animal but it showed were it was repaired at a collision center. When we arrived to the dealership, he had the Trailblazer upfront ready for us. He said that he had it cleaned and vacuumed for us. He told us to take it for a drive. When we got in the car there was trash in between the

We purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from Trice Hughes and I was incredibly satisfied with the entire transaction.
I originally found the vehicle on CarGurus and contacted the dealership through the website with some questions. Brian responded to my initial email within ba few hours. I had some additional questions and requests that Brian quickly responded to a couple days later. We are a couple hours away, so his quick responses were very helpful in determining whether we wanted to pursue this vehicle.
About a week after initially contacting Trice Hughes, I set up an appointment to test drive

We had come to an agreement on a van after days of talking. Lee told us he would hold it for us since he wasn't at work that day and to come in the next business day. They proceeded to sell the van out from under us! So now we are back to square one, and thats personally not the type of place I want to give my business to if thats how they treat their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I inquired via email on a Saturday about a Mini Van I was interested in and received a response from them within 2 hours.
We then set up an appointment for the following Monday morning for a test drive & met with Lee Hughes.
He was fantastic & answered all of our questions thoroughly before our test drive.
Once we decided to make the purchase, he gave us a great deal and made the transaction quick & easy.
While we signed paperwork, our new Van was cleaned, had tires checked,filled with gas, and was sitting out front waiting
