We were assigned to Mich Tech One from AHS and after reading reviews I was nervous but ended up very pleased. Deb was on top of things, kept me updated through text, scheduled my appointment in a reasonable time frame. Technician came out and did his thing, had to order parts and was told he'd have to research because our washer was 14 years old. I contacted Deb a few days later to see if they were able to get my part and it was on order and she assigned me a time right then to come back. She didn't make me wait until the part was in before making me the appt. as that would further delay my repair

This company is the worst. No customer service. Never shows for appointments. I tried to get them to come back out and repair my dryer and after 3 missed appointments I moved on to another company. They have routinely been difficult to get a hold off and never show up. If you want something done and a company who values your time, find someone else.

Of all times for our freezer to act-up!!! We called one refrigerator/freezer repair company who came out and recommend we contact Mich-Tech One. The tech from Mich-Tech One, Brian, called us in advance of showing up as we requested, plus arrived with his own shoe covers, gloves & face mask. I was so pleased to see his company is taking this virus situation seriously. Brian explained everything as he went along and told us the best option for repairs. My husband had already done some research into the problem, he said everything Brian recommended made sense. A few hours later Brian had our refrigerator
