I’ve had the privilege of doing business with Jack’s Septic Service on two separate occasions. The first experience was with Tim assessing my septic issue and draining my tank. The second involved Tim and John himself mapping out a plan of action for my needs. Both experiences were not only enjoyable, but hugely informative. This company has their $h*T together. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to my specific issue. Although I needed more than just my septic tank pumped out, both the technician and owner were able to recommended companies to ensure my issues were completely taken care of. Had my septic system tank pumped/emptied in November of 2020. I had received a call for scheduling, and asked about cost. I was told $400 for emptying and $25 to dig. Then the day of pumping, when the job was finished, I was charged over $700! I was told they needed and extra long hose (as though they went out to buy this and so charged more), said the tank was full, so that costs more (this is a new thing...) and various ‘extras’. Lastly he said he required immediate payment (would not send a bill), and required that payment to be a personal check to him (jack).

When our septic backed up into the house we called 5 companies (on a Friday) to come and pump the tank. Of the 3 that replied only Jack's could come the next day. After the tank was pumped the line was still clogged. They have a water jet built in as part of the same truck. It was an additional cost but worked. Both Jack and Dan were personable and had good dispositions. We will definitely contact them again should the need arise.

Regular septic system maintenance (tank pumping) performed right away. They were able to tie me into their route on the same day. CLEAN, modern truck, clean equipment and a friendly crew. Jack's also helped us in the past with the system at our previous home, jetted the leach lines, installed a new distribution box and re-balanced the lines. System worked flawless after that. They know their business and do it very well.

I called on Thursday to schedule a pumpout and Jack was here Friday afternoon. It was obvious previous owners had not been careful about what went down the drain, but Jack had everything cleaned out and up to par in no time at all.
He is also very good about communication both by phone and text

Jack's was wonderful. I called in the morning to inquire about having my septic pumped and 3.5 hours later, he was here. He was patient and answered all my questions concerning the problems I was experiencing. I will definately be calling them again for service and upkeep.

We used Jack’s Septic Service today for an emergency. He answered his phone right away and explained he would be to our house at 10:30am. He was right on time and was informative of our issue while they were pumping our tank and also snaking a drain. We will absolutely use him again in the future. His prices are very reasonable for the amazing, professional service he provides!

My name is Steve Haskins and my septic service recently backed up flooding my yard and popping the lid off the septic tank being new to having a septic system I called mr. Rooter who came out quickly walked in my yard look at the tank lid and without doing anyting told me that my tank was junk it had collapsed on itself and I needed a new one at the tune of $5,000 plus. Thank God I did not jump and have them do it as I called jacks septic hoping to get a slightly better price. Explaining my situation and everything I was told to Jack's septic knowing I had children in the home Jack himself promptly

They guys saved us today. We bought our house 2 years ago and apparently the septic hasn't been pumped in 8 or 9 years. So today (January 26th) was the day it backed up. We called them around 6pm on a Saturday and these guys were here at 8pm ready to work. We had no knowledge of were the septic was. These guys worked hours in the freezing weather finding this tank. They worked until almost 2am and they fixed the problem. They were friendly and took the time to explain our system to us. I can't thank these guys enough for what they did. I initially had a great experience. I had a backup of my sewer line on a Saturday morning & found this plumber through a Yelp search. Jack came over to check out the situation around 11, then called in his guys, who came around 2 pm. They plunged the line then used a hydrojet to clear it. Cost around $400. That was at the end of June. Everything was great until last week when I noticed it starting to backup again. I called & talked to Jack again, explained the issue & history, etc. He said they couldn't guarantee the job more than 30 days normally, but he'd pull the invoice
