With everything from our patented refinishing to sanding and finishing, Mr. Sandman is the obvious choice for all your hardwood flooring needs. To ensure that your new floor installation, repair or refinishing project is as pleasant as possible, Mr. Sandman, offers dust and odor control systems. Cleaning kits and a sample protector are provided to protect and maintain your investment.
A patented solution that in combination with sanding, penetrates deep into damaged wood pores enabling refinishing without repair. Wet sanding is designed to remediate all types of damage in a way that preserves the wood without repair while adding more protection with an updated and customized polyurethane finish system.
What to Expect. With most of our refinishing or repair work, you can expect some minor paint touch-up along your baseboard edge. This is especially true for projects where your floor will need to be stained. Regardless of the type of project, it is important to remember that Mr. Sandman's floors are NO WAX floors and only a damp mop should be used to clean them.

"Mr Sandman" Sanding has an impressive business model that embodies old fashion characteristics that are lacking in todays world. Mr Sandman communicates effectively, remembers your name and will work hard to serve the customer. Not only did he help me with my project, but he taught me tricks and tips which allows me to get better with my own repairs. Mr Sandman inc. is my go to person for any of my sanding or refinishing needs.

DO NOT USE HIM. Everything about our experience with him was terrible. His estimate was outrageous, he tried to sell us on some experimental method he was using, and then he began calling us in the evenings like a lunatic, yelling about taking his service. Save yourself the headache and time, and use anyone else.
