HRC as we call it, is based in Crofton, Maryland and employs over ninety employees serving all customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. HRW, as we call it for short, is a District of Columbia Certified Business Enterprise, certified in October of 2020. HRW has established a registered apprenticeship program, and endeavors to employ as many District of Columbia residents as possible, including returning returning home citizens.
