The Boulevard Restaurant - "A BIG thanks goes out to "Mattes Plumbing" that helped "The Boulevard" get through a few plumbing issues we had a few days ago. This is a small business family owned company that takes their time and fixes your problems correctly, unlike the bigger companies that just want to overcharge and take advantage of you.
This can cause foul smells, overflowing drains, and a yard saturated with raw sewage. There are a bunch of factors that play a role in the longevity of a sewer system, but experts say that any sewer over 40 years old probably needs replacing. When there's a sewer back up, you're inevitably going to need to invest in sewer line repair or replacement.

Mattes Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing my ceiling leak. Allen was prompt and very fair in the cost for the job. He clearly explained what he would need to do and why. Even showed me pictures on his phone that made it easy to understand. what was entailed. I would certainly contact him again as he is clearly a professional. Definitely a 5 star!!!!!

When my water heater needed replaced. A friend of mine recommended Mattes plumbing. It turned out to be a great decision. Allen is professional, honest, punctual, and reasonable. I had a sewage issue today which Allen identified and fixed. I highly recommend Mattes plumbing!

We've all been there; dealing with a service provider and feeling that you are being taken. I had a major plumbing problem and called a large Pittsburgh provider whose ads are regularly on TV. It was not a good experience. Luckily, I got a second opinion from Mattes Plumbing, who quickly and flawlessly completed the project. Here's my impression of this Master Plumber . . . extremely competent, a straight shooter and HONEST! I couldn't ask for more. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Mattes . . . Highly recommended. If you need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend Mattes Plumbing! I have used many plumbers in the past; they often don’t give good estimates and\or deliver poor workmanship. Allen provided a quote that was fast, VERY fair and accurate. He delivered professional high-quality expertise when replacing my water pressure reducing valve and repairing my leaking shutoff value. His knowledge of plumbing is second to none. I will use Mattes Plumbing again for all my plumbing needs and I encourage you to give him a call!

Mr. Mattes’s work ethic and customer professionalism were one of the best I’ve witnessed in the area. He pointed out the problems he found and explained the needed repair clearly and succinctly before starting work. It was appreciated that he answered any questions and discussed parts and prices. In my case he made time to drive out to my parent’s house to tackle a large drain clog after my repair. A quality plumber and considerate guy. I will use his services again.
