We had difficulty collaborating with Justin and his team. Consequently, we were unable to use their designs. We believe the timeline of our project as well as the geographic diversity of the team played a role in our collaboration difficulty. While communication had proven difficult throughout, at the end Justin made time to meet with us, apologize, and compensate.

We just worked with NXT Design to create a new, unique medical office space on the north side of Chicago. We highly recommend them to anyone needing design help. Justin was incredibly responsive and flexible in coming up with an offering that fit in our budget. Harrison continually surprised us with great ideas and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His creativity and attention to detail were impressive and we are thrilled with the final design.

Justin and Harrison have been absolutely delightful to work with. We spent a lot of time researching design firms and eventually selected NXT Design out of Detroit. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. Harrison has a fanatical attention to detail and did an amazing job bringing in elements of our brand into the design.
