Harrison Rice is who you want to see. After looking at many dealerships, he is the one. HONESTY is way better than experience in this field. Anything he didn't know, he got the answer. He was super responsive, friendly and I would buy a car from him again. Ask for HARRISON only.

I brought my BMW for service and they did a fantastic job. Chris, service manager, was pleasure to deal with. They changed the oil, checked the brake fluid, reset all the lights. More than happy, and would highly recommend.

If you are struggling to get approved for a car I HIGHLY suggest Seaport Auto on McLoughlin Blvd! After months of trying to work with different dealerships, having my credit pulled 22 times (not even kidding) just to get told no sorry. Seaport put me in a 2018 Nissan Altima with all the bells and whistles and I couldn't be happier! Plus I was in and out in 2 hours!! Like what?! Seriously if your looking for a new car go down there and get one. Mike helped me and he was AMAZING!! Such a great experience.

We had a very pleasant car buying experience at Seaport Auto. Went in looking to shop around on a certain SUV (Nissan Pathfinder), met Ben Williams a very personable sales associate. He worked hard with us to find the path to our purchase that worked for all parties. If it had not been for Ben and the good people at Seaport, we would not have made the purchase of such a nice SUV. Great staff. Great environment. Amazing selection.

I would not recommend going to this dealership. Unless you plan on spending hours there and their and letting their relentless Salesman wear you down and talk you into a car you shouldn't buy.
In addition they lie to you about the details of the vehicle and if you opt to buy their service contract you'll spend almost $3000 and be told that you can get a refund if you trade in your car later. Then when you call the actual service contract company you will only find out that is completely false. You do not receive a refund ever. If you are trading in a car beware if you currently have

These people are sharks!!! I used Kelly Blue Book to get a mental idea of how much my car is worth, and this business has been contacting me daily ever since (particularly Sean Dawson), even though I told him on the phone that I am not looking to buy a car. I don't appreciate getting several texts a day from them after I already clarified that I was not interested. If you have to harass people to get business, you must not be a very good shop. It's businesses like this that make me lose hope in humanity. I will never ever do business with this company and will make sure to tell everyone

I'm so appreciative of William Wyland and Cliff Waits at Seaport Auto. I was greeted by William with a no pressure and friendly smile. He listened to me and was very professional. He showed me all the cars with the features I was looking for and insisted I take my time in making a decision. Being a woman I've had some unacceptable experience with male salesmen, quite the opposite with William who treated me with respect and no pressure. I love my new car and I knew it was the perfect fit for me before I drove it off the lot. I will recommend William to everyone I know looking to

I'll be honest. My credit sucks. And it's nobody's fault but my own it does. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a car on my visit, but, my experience at Seaport was interesting to say the least.

I actually went through Credit Acceptance (I've heard some terrible things but I knew what to expect) to see if there even was a glimmer of getting a car loan with my damaged credit. My information got sent to three different dealerships and only two seemed to contact me. Seaport and Gresham Toyota. Still working with Toyota, although I doubt I'll have good news.

Anyways

We were talking to a sales man (can't remember his name) really nice a little pushy but it wasn't over board. Then he brought out Luis to try and close. Luis was not only rude but also condescending. I get that they need to be a little pushy to make the sale but he was just over the top telling us not to worry about the price and let finance people deal with the payment. How are you not suppose to care about the total that you are paying for a vehicle!?
We might have talked about going over our budget or making a bigger down payment and going back for the truck because we really liked

This is the best place by far to purchase or refinance your vehicle. They will work with you no matter what shape your credit is in. They work with the 1st time buyers programs and they work with most Credit Unions. I have purchased from them for years and I always make sure Mike case is there to help us. Thank you again Seaport and thank you again Mike Case. My cousins are coming to see you next.

When purchasing a new car there's always that concern you won't get the best deal that you can. My husband and I were in a very difficult spot. You see, we just filed for bankruptcy a little over a year ago and it seemed like we were never going to get a new car. I mean let's be honest, who wants to take on somebody who file bankruptcy? We had very specific guidelines that we needed to follow to be able to buy a new vehicle while in our chapter 13 that made it seem like we'd never find a one. When arriving to our appointment at SeaPort we were greeted by Brian. You can&apos

So far my experience has been great! As a first time buyer I made a quick decision and bought my first truck with these guys. It wasn't the best well and thought out choice but they have been up front and honest. They've given me great suggestions also as to building my credit and as it stands now, I will give them my business for sure. After I left the lot the only issue I had was my rear defroster and they fixed it next day. Thanks guys, you have my business.

HORRIBLE! Very rude employees. I came here to get my first car. Without asking for any other information, the owners son asked what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I said 150-250, without hesitation he said "we might as well just get you a bus pass, is that what you want?" Very disrespectful, this company will never get my business and I will never recommend it. Now I'm driving a 2016 Ford Fusion sedan for $200 a month. Thanks anyways!

We had a great experience here. I got the exact vehicle I wanted and didn't feel ripped off at all when everything was said and done. This is the first time I didn't feel bullied and ripped off after leaving a used car lot. We actually found out afterwards that there was extensive custom work done to my rig that made it worth way more than we bought it for.

Avoid this place at all costs. I should have known to not waste my time by the "call for price" on almost every vehicle on their website. I talk to a salesmen and start asking about the price on a couple of vehicles I'm interested in. Before I can get the price out of the salesman, he asks several questions, all leading to how much I'm willing to pay per month. Now...I have a degree in finance so to me, amount financed, interest rate, and length of repayment get you to monthly payment. But these jokers change the vehicle price depending on how you finance, likely quoting you

I know someone who bought a car from this lot. Please stay away from this lot. If you have to buy something, take it to a mechanic first! He bought a 2007 Toyota FJ. They disconnected the winch and gave some lame excuse. Turns out, the winch does not work at all. On the way home, the vehicle threw an engine code. The code was pulled and this is not a code this vehicle just threw. It's been there for a while. It's an emissions code. I found out from JD Power that it's a federal offense to sell a vehicle with a known emissions code. They can face fines and jail time. The

This place is the kind of place that gives used car dealers a bad name. We went in here some time back and purchased a Nissan Sentra. The salesman was a total sleeze who seemed more interested in getting a date than selling a car.

One of the conditions of the sale was some paint repair. The loaner car was a piece of crap and an ambarassment. Most dealerships will give you something comparable to what you're buying. Not here. Garbage.

The fixed paint began peeling within a few weeks. I contacted the dealership - and they refused to fix it. Claimed that I must have been in an accident
