Been renting here for almost a year and am extremely happy with the professional service and easy access to our units! The leasing office does a great job being available to us whenever needed. Additionally, black lock storage is a safe, gated, and monitored (cameras everywhere) storage facility that ensures all your belongings stay safe at an affordable rate.

I had what I thought was a great experience with this location until I went to move my stuff out & found MANY mouse droppings in my stuff as well as chewed up dog bones that were brand new wrapped in plastic when I put them in the storage unit. I called them to just give them a heads up & was treated rudely. I called the manager told him, "hey I moved my stuff out the other day and wanted to give you a heads up I found evidence of mice having been in my stuff." He replied, "well we have boxes on the outside of the building and there are no signs of mice!" I told him "I am not sure about that, but
