These guys did a fantastic job! I was having a hard time getting quotes from other contractors and could not even get them to come out to look at the job or return my calls. Chandler answered the phone right away and actually showed up the same day! As soon as I met him I felt at ease and knew that I could trust him to do a good job. It was a challenging project with a large building pad, a lot of land clearing and a three tank septic system with lift station. I was really nervous hiring someone, because I live out of town and wasn’t going to be able to be there while the work was done. Chandler and team did a fantastic job installing a couple of truck loads of large rocks to control soil erosion at my mountain home near Blairsville. We met and discussed several options including timber railroad ties, poured cement and the rock slope for erosion control. Decided on this option as it provided the best value. We needed to have a driveway upgraded and to build a flat approach to a parking area for our RV. The job was much bigger than we could handle with our small tractor. We contacted Dyer's Grading and Excavation. Chandler Dyer was out the next day to evaluate the job and give us a very accurate estimate of how many truckloads of dirt and gravel the job would take.
