DON'T EVER USE IT WORST WARRANTY COMPANY INCLUDING G&G APPLIANCES, MAJOR APPLIANCE, A&E SERVICE. THEY ALL UNQUALIFIED, ALWAYS DIFFERENT DIAGNOSIS, ORDER TONS OF PARTS FOR NO REASON, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM SINCE 08/2021 AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. MY PHILOSOPHIE IS TO USE SOMEONE THAT CAN BE REFERRED TO YOU AND GO OUT OF POCKET. THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE TO KEEP CHARGING, AND SHOW HISTORY SO THAT EVENTUALLY THEY GET YOU A NEW UNIT AND THEY GET PAY ALL THEIR VISITS FOR DOING NOTHING. THOSE PEOPLE COME LOOK AT THE UNIT AS IF THEY WERE SUPERMAN (SO WITHOUT TOUCHING IT JUST BY LOOKING AT IT) AND LEAVE

This place will waste your time. They said that someone would call me Sunday to schedule a time to come later that day. No call. No show. I received a call Monday from a tech who said he had to reschedule for FRIDAY. We'll be going on 2 weeks without a stove. This is all for a stove that is less than 6 months old. Save your time, do not hire these incompetent people.

Wow. Where to begin. They are extremely slow and offer terrible customer assistance. Between charging large amounts of money to send out a repair man and charging extra money to fix small problems, the problem keeps coming back with my range. The repairman is not qualified to fix anything that will last permanently. Just a quick fix that last a few days before the problem comes back. And, if they send a man named Alex, you should not let him fix anything and ask for a different technician. No wonder they changed their business name.

We have a GE dryer which is making a terrible noise. GE customer service sent us to this company due to high volume of requests. The technician came and left, saying that they will be able to repair it after they get necessary parts. The next day I got a call from them and they said they are unable to repair it without any explanation as to why. They did not contact GE and explained what was wrong and they refused to tell me as well. This is a fraudulent company, they cannot fix anything they claim on their phone recording. Do not waste your time with them.

Worst company ever! My refrigerator wasn’t working. Superior Appliance sent a repair guy. The repair guy said I need the compressor. He will order it and come back. when part arrives. This was on a Monday. I called on Wednesday to be told part was coming in that day. They scheduled repairman for next day, Thursday. He did arrive but i had no idea what he did to make the refrigerator run. A few hours after he left, refrigerator and freezer stopped working. When I called they didn’t answer. The following Monday I got a call, the manager said for me to get a second opinion as they are not coming

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST!
Do not use the company , i reached out to them to give me service on my dryer, my dashboard was supposed to be changed , after it was installed , a week later i reached out to them that my dryer is not working again . They kept on stalling me off that someone will get back to me untill my 30 day part warranty was over. All they were able to help me is by paying another 461.00 dollars for a new part for there negligence. I called a different company to replace it and they said the part was damaged because it wasn't installed properly. ALL I CAN SAY DO

What a horrific experience! Poor customer service skills and very rude staff. A repair man came to my home glance at my washer and dryer unit and told me he cant do anything to help me. There was no explanation and not once did he attempt to resolve the issue. He stormed out of my house and was very rude. Upon him storming out I called him via telephone to see if he can come back and try to give me some sort of explanation. He then hung up on me and refused to return my phone calls.

If this place hadn't been forced on us by the warranty I would have told them where they could go. Tech ignored the fact that they had both my number and my husband's number. Only called one and was a no show. When he finally showed up he was rude to me. After an additional week I called to check on parts letting them know I would be having surgery on Monday. That was the day the tech randomly decided to say he was scheduled to repair our fridge, but couldn't reach us so he wasn't coming. They called me while I'm in CCU. To say another week. Very poor customer services. I had requested service on my washer/dryer close to 1 month already. The technician came out over 3 weeks ago and indicated that the valves need replacement. They have placed the order for the parts, but every week I call them, they do not have any updates on the status of the part order and when they can schedule the repair.
They were quick to charge my credit card for the initial service call and the repair when the parts was ordered.
