Used these guys to fix my door because it wasn't making a perfect seal shut. They adjusted it but it wasn't good enough then when asked if they could come out to adjust it again they refused.
Use at your own risk, even if they know they can't or are not qualified to do your repair, they will still try and take your money. Bad customer service experience and a rip off. They did nothing...

We called for two things. They did the first thing, which is remove a king size bed. Great job. The second thing we wanted them to do was put risers on a loveseat, which they said they didn’t have the right screws. They took one screw so they could go buy some and said they would call within 48 hours. We waited a week, then called them. They never returned the phone call even though we left a message. I called them again a week later, nothing. I did read the bad reviews about not being responsive, but I chose to ignore them and hired them anyway. It confuses me why businesses would not call their

Polite and professional. Completed a great bathroom remodel for us with expert workmanship on concrete, tiling on floor and walls, drywall, framing, and plumbing work. Used Uncle Gus for work at one of my retail locations and in the beginning they were good to respond. After a while, they didn't show up for scheduled jobs, answer emails, voicemails or text messages. They did finally respond and got the job done. I decided to try to use them again but it seems things have not changed. After seven weeks, the job isn't done and what was done is already messed up. They will not respond to any type of communication as well. Time to move find someone new.

These people started out okay keeping the appointment on time and doing mostly an okay job on several small projects I had. They left knowing my patio light was no longer working after they worked on it. They promised to come back to fix what they broke. Afterwards they would not return my calls at all. I should have read the negatives reviews and negative BBB report before hand. They are not properly licensed. I highly recommend you NOT hire this company as they are only after your money and NOT customer service.

Terry did a great job replacing the trim around my house and chimney . He was friendly and competent, cleaned up any mess left over, and even did extra painting so the curb appeal was better. Terry was great! He was able to come the same day to install my blinds. He also helped me out with recaulking around the light bulbs, although I did not mention it on the phone call earlier. He also went extra mile when he thought he smelled gas in my bedroom, letting me know and doing a walk-around the property. This place ISN'T REAL, or at least not yet. The telephone doesn't connect to the business, the location isn't there, the claims on the site are NOT TRUE. They are blatantly NOT the "#1 mover in Austin."

I had a great experience with the moving service. I booked my move sort of at the last minute (with just two days' notice), but the process was super easy. The movers arrived early, got everything loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently, no muss, no fuss. And they were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely recommend them to friends looking to move in the Austin area.
