I Called and spoke with a lady to set up a time for them to come and give me an estimate on some projects I wanted done around the house. She seemed very apprehensive on even having him come out I let her know I was flexible on my time frame and was ok if they couldn't start right away as they were busy. We scheduled for him to come on a Thursday I received a call after 5 on that Thursday asking to reschedule for Friday, I could not do Friday so we scheduled for the following Monday. I was home all day and had my phone on me all day never received a call and he never showed up. I wish I would have

I seldom leave negative reviews, however, this company truly wasted me and my husband's time when they failed to show for a scheduled meeting. I contacted this company for an estimate on completing a home reno for one of my rental properties. I scheduled the meeting online for Monday, 3/1/2021. They texted and emailed me three times to confirm the appointment so I know they saw it in their system. My husband waited at the site for an hour. He called the listed number to see if they were lost and/or on their way. All calls were sent directly to voicemail. This is very unprofessional! We are asked

Requested help with a job on 11-12 and meet with him on 11-15. We agreed on the price and to do the job after Thanksgiving early December. I didn’t even negotiate the price. I called twice and was told they would get back with me but they did not follow-up with me. I would never waste their time because I am sure they are busy. Unfortunately they wasted my time and delayed me from getting the job done on time since I thought they would help as agreed.

Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE. Husband and wife team, nice people, but terrible business to work with. Got stood up twice. The first time, had two family members take the morning off of work to wait for him to come give an estimate, but he never showed. He had the wrong address but instead of calling immediately to figure out where to go and keep the appointment, just went on to another job. No communication until later in the day. Second time was the next day after we sorted out the address confusion. Again had family take the morning off of work to wait, but he again did not show. This

We had fiber cement siding put on our house and house painted with wood replaced as warranted. We found Mr Simon to be very professional, friendly, dependable, accommodating and did quality work. We are very pleased with the results and enjoyed working with his company. We would definitely use him in the future for any other work.
