Installed a new AC unit. Every time a storm hit, the system would reset and I'd have to call in a tech. They kept charging me $89 for a service call even though you'd think it would be under warranty still. Finally, a tech felt bad for me and showed me how to fix it on my own and told me the thermostat was bad. When I called and demanded it be replaced, they wanted to charge me for ANOTHER service call AND a new thermostat! Then they refused to service me any more. They were wrong and refused me service???? Nice way to treat a long time customer. My unit is still under warranty, too. Jerks.

This entire experience was very professional and positive. The receptionist was professional and kind. The service was prompt. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong, showed me what the part “should” look like, replaced it and had our unit running in no time. I will definitely be using them in the future for ac needs. It’s wonderful to have a company do what they say they will when they say they will. Excellent!

Professional beyond comparison. I made replacement appointments with numerous contractors representing the three major manufacturers when my 12 year old air conditioner system began acting up. All provided quotes based on my interests and current A/C system. Only James at Babione's also performed an extra step HVAC Manual J Sizing evaluation. The results of this study allowed selection of a system of specifications other than original at a significant cost reduction.

Amazing prices, friendly professional service, courtesy beyond expectation, Babione's goes the extra mile. Our old unit was leaking freon and freezing up it was time to replace it. James went above and beyond the call for me. Came out on the weekend in the rain, did a take off and made his recommendations for the equipment.
I had some setbacks in my schedule, but they stuck with me, and when my scheduled cleared, he was there the next day to install the new equipment and duct work. Passed inspection They really worked well with me, I was 200 miles from the site.

Babione's are AC/Heat Angels. My mom's AC/Heat unit was 22 y.o. and for the past year, it has been ooh so challenging. Me, mom and my fur baby's (BooBear & Coyote Red) were fed up. Called them expecting to have to setup an appointment for at least a week out like most other services I have tried. Very surprised when they told me they would be out in a few hours! William, the technician that came out to service the unit was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Went over all the possibilities, discussed all the options we had, and got everything fixed up and working quickly. Unit is working perfectly now and the price for service was great. Overall a great experience. I'll be using them for all my future needs and would easily recommend them to anyone.
