This was my first time working with this company. The entire experience was positive from beginning to end. Christy was extremely helpful in explaining their services and costs. Daniel arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of my heat pump, explained his findings in a manner anyone could understand, and made reasonable recommendations for going forward. I believe this company is very friendly and honest. I highly recommend them.

They put in a brand new unit for us in a timely fashion and when they said would. The price was so reasonable and affordable. Plus they have finance options available.

The two man installation crew #1 were very professional, on time and worked very efficiently. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one in a remarkably short time. The attic access is on the wall above a glass greenhouse window and they were very conscientious about protecting the glass from any damage while they worked. I wouldn't hesitate to have them return to perform any work in the future.

They installed my hvac system in a new house, and has serviced it since, and performed a minor repair. They replaced the air conditioning within a week this summer in a group home rental that my daughter lives in. They loaned them a portable air conditioner while they we’re waiting. They did not take advantage of the situation and priced it fairly. They are an honest company. Do the super affordable service agreement with them and they will take care of you quickly if you have a problem.

Phillip is very experienced and knowledgeable. I stopped by the store and explained the issue we were having, and he happened to be present and made time for the discussion. In fact, he came to our house and inspected our overall system and recommended a solution. We received a proposal, which seemed fair, for the recommended work in three or four days. We were cautioned that Phillips has a many week backlog of work. We were pleased that he squeezed our appointment in for a two week wait.

I can highly recommended Phillips! Hans was great and very well educated on all things AC. He showed up on time for a routine maintenance check of my central air system. He explained everything he was doing, how the the equipment was responding, manufacturer recommendations, etc... I ended up opting for two minor repairs to extend the life of my system for a few more years. There was no high pressure sales pitch to buy a whole new system as my unit is 27 years old. I am extremely satisfied with this service.
