Our Samsung refrigerator froze up the week before Christmas and Scott came out the same day we called to diagnose the issue and order the parts needed. He was exceptionally professional and when the assembly we needed wasn’t available he was able to use components available along with parts from our fridge to get it fixed before the holiday. He is trustworthy and professional, would use Gunn Appliance Repair again and highly recommend!

There are a number of things I like about Scott from Gunn Appliance Service. He always answers his phone or returns your call in a timely matter. He has been doing this for a long time and really knows what he is doing. He is very fair on price and to top it off he's a great conversationalist.

We had our refrigerator ice maker go out. We have used Gunn in the past and they always have been reliable and affordable. This time was no exception. Called them on Friday and they were here Monday morning to look at it. They called ahead to confirm on Sunday and Scott called on Monday when he was on his way. Scott was on time, professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail as to what was wrong and what was needed. We referred them to our friends and family who also have positive experiences with them. Highly suggest Gunn Appliance Services for anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Got the job done efficiently and friendly. We had a washing machine leaking water into the tub. He was able to analyze the problem, order the FACTORY OEM GENUINE part , and replace with new one.
In the process, I damaged my dryer exhaust hose, and he was able to fix that at no additional charge.
If you’re looking for the cheapest, this ain’t the right company. If you’re looking for competent, on time, and honest repair- than Gunn Appliance repair is top Choice.
