I've had my dealings with numerous pool cage installing businesses as well as several screen replacement and gutter/ soffit companies and I have to say, when it's all said and done, Bishops aluminum is the only company that has the complete package. Competitive pricing, beautiful work, many options to choose for your liking, longevity in the business, reliability, honesty, and plenty of flexibility if your still not satisfied with all that. Amazing and professional. They removed my white lanai cage in one day, measured the next day and installed the third day. Every employee from the purchase to the finish were very professional, . I am very happy with the materials installed and the workmanship . It was a perfect job. The sales person Chaz Wustin, the installers, Wayne Nottingham, Shawn Jenkins and especially Tony Dompier all were very pleasant ,and polite .

Our technician arrived a little late and stayed a little later! He did not rush, had amazing attention to detail, and did a fantastic job! I had used a different company on a previously owned home, and am so glad I switched to Bishop's Aluminum!

Completely redone my lanai porch cage, adding a composite roof extension. Demonstrate a creative design and excellent and precise implementation. With this said, there were some rough moments, especially during the initial communication and design. But, fortunately, these initial misunderstanding did not lead to any fundamental problems, and considered to be almost unavoidable with any good size project. The new lanai area came up beautiful and according to my RE broker, this project has added, at least, $50K to my house value.

Breached contract, unacceptable poor quality, they screwed up a "12K job".
Forgot to install the conduit, left cage height uneven, tons of cement texture inconsistencies and installed a gutter still exposing metal chards; unsanded, unpainted at each joint and mismeasured across the whole home frame. Company also damaged the stucco to my new home in multiple spots, just left it there for me to fix. Took zero ownership of their mistakes and provided no solutions, yet they expected their final payment and they will try to intimidate you with a lien. Additionally, they are so unorganized

I needed a small section of gutter across the front of my garage. Saw that Bishop's Aluminum was in the neighborhood doing a complete house gutter and liked what I saw. Talked to Wayne at Bishop's and we set up an appointment for an estimate. I also needed re-screening on my lanai and he was able to give me a detailed estimate on that also, which I thought was very reasonable.

We had a small front door patio screened in and it came out perfect. Today they came back to do our gutters. The technician did a great job on the gutters, took exactly the time he quoted, and cleaned up nicely. Call in advance if you need gutters, it took a while due to their busy schedule but they kept us informed on the instal date. They do good work and have quality workers. I would recommend.

I hired Bishops Aluminum to replace a very large cage with an even larger one, and the job was complicated by the fact that they would have to build 90% of the cage, wait for an outdoor fireplace to be completed, and then return to the site to fit the cage snugly around the fireplace.
I found their pricing to be very competitive. Their sales rep, Wayne, is absolutely terrific to work with; easy going, flexible and accommodating.
Their project manager, Russ, may seem a little gruff on the phone. I solved this by stopping in their office to meet with him and I found him to instead be very friendly

This was a 4- or 5-star review until Bishop's project manager, Russ, hung up on me when I called with a relatively minor complaint. Their crew did an excellent job rescreening our lanai and replacing the old rusted screws with new stainless steel ones. I thought they'd also done an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Then, a week later, we found about a dozen of the rusted screws lying in the seams between the pavers on the lanai. Luckily no one stepped on any of them. When I called to discuss this with Russ, he apologized, and then told me that they hose down the lanai after

Fabulous experience dealing with this company ! Our entire process from the sale to the final step was smooth sailing . We can't say enough great things about our installers and wish this gentleman & woman could install everyone's lanai. We've had roof issues on our home NOT lanai & these installers were extremely knowledgeable to point us in the right direction to contact a roofer. We are so thankful for them and can't thank you enough for catching this sooner than later & not letting this jeopardize our new beautiful lanai or home .Thank you Bishop .

Really disappointing experience having some lanai screens replaced. They could not give a time frame on when they would come out, just said "Wednesday". They did not come on Wednesday so when I called to find out when they would come, the response was that it depended on their other service class, no apology. They finally came out four days later. The installers were great guys. However, when it came time to pay, we were overcharged and the manager was very rude about adjusting invoice. We won't use them again. Avoid this company like the plague! Despite numerous calls and emails this company has refused to address deficiencies in the work they were contracted to perform. I retained Bishops Aluminum to extend my existing lanai, replace the existing brick pavers with travertine and replace the screen enclosure. The whole process was handled in an unprofessional manner. Following the payment of the initial deposit, scheduled meetings were not met, when representatives of Bishop's did show up it was often unannounced, which left my wife uneasy about who would be on our property at any given time.
