We are very glad to work with Doan Restoration. Chad and the team are very professional. They come out right after we called after we decided to not use the Restorition company recommended by insurance company. They also helped us work with insurance company for the claim. They are not like the company recommended by insurance company but rather working with us. They are very professional and come in and did a very thorough and clean job for us. Had a bathroom pipe burst with bad flooding of the bathroom and floor below. Doan restoration came promptly to help me out. They immediately took away the wet carpet and tiles and dried the rooms. Throughout the process they explained everything, were always on time and professional. They helped me navigate through a horrible situation.

We had 4” of rain in 45 minutes which flooded our basement with 5-6” of water. My wife called over a dozen companies and Doan was the first to respond saying they would be there in 2 hours. They did a great job extracting the water and deployed a fleet of fans and humidifiers to dry things out.

I arrived home from vacation to a water problem that goes beyond description. Could not have been worse... literally from floor to ceiling. Doan Restoration was called and came out promptly on a Saturday night. They stayed till wee hours of the morning doing their best to clean up immediately. Chad and his assistant were considerate and wrote their masks and were conscience of distancing.
