They did a nice job gaining approval from the insurance company for the roof replacement.
Was told the roof installation would begin 2-3 weeks after shingle is chosen. Was not provided shingle examples for several months (they prefer to only work with one shingle manufacturer).
New roof and gutters were installed in November 2020 (was told initially work should start one year earlier).

Mark Frye was the quintessential professional while helping me get a new roof to replace the one that had been assaulted by numerous wind and hail incidents. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He explained every step in the procedure as it came up and kept me apprised of when the workmen would be at my house and exactly what they would be doing while there. While my house is a simple one and smaller than many they work on, Mark and the rest of the employees at Advanced Restorations treated me as if I were one of their best customers! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking

What an experience! I could not be happier with my experience with Mark and Advanced Restorations. On time, attentive to details, informative, and helpful (with the insurance companies). I recommend this company through and through again. I could not be happier with this company and there services. When dealing with insurance claims a lot of it can be overwhelming, Mark and the Advanced Restorations team took care of all of the leg work regarding the insurance back and fourth. From the initial phone contact to the estimate to the meeting with the insurance adjuster to the amazing crew who were unstoppable removing 2 layers of shingles and reroofing the house in 2 days to the crew that installed the gutters and downspouts to the final bill and working further with the insurance company -I couldn’t be happier. I’ve never had to do anything like this by myself and everyone made this so easy, it took a weight off. My present insurance agent recommended Advanced Restorations but I had to submit a claim with my former insurance company. It was no problem. I would recommend

Jerad and Chris did an excellent job handling our situation. All we did was notify our insurance to start a claim and they handled the rest. Very professional and great to work with. They kept us updated every step until our roof and gutters were completed. Their work was fantastic. We are an hour away and they were happy to send their team to get our job completed. The team were very hard workers and completed the job on time. Our roof looks great and we love our new gutters. I would highly recommend Advance Restorations, we were well pleased.

We used Advanced Restorations to replace the siding on my mother's home following storm damage. It was a lengthy process to find a reliable contractor, then much back and forth with the insurance company to cover all the damage, then they worked with the insurance company who wanted to repair 35 year old siding! But Advanced was great to hang in there with us and work with the insurance company. In the long run, we decided to replace it all! And are so happy we did! They did a great job, very professional, and we very good at communicating with us. Would highly recommend them!

Drew was terrific. To start off he was early to our appointment, and during his evaluation of our roof he was very informative about the issues with our roof as it is 13 years old. He was able to guide us how to get a little more life out of it for the time being. This company seems well positioned to offer terrific service and when the time comes to replace our roof Advanced Restorations will be the company to do the work for us.
