I was referred here by Salem Door. I needed my front door lock replaced, but because of difficulty with the door hanging and the way the current deadbolt was, I couldn't do it myself.
So, I called, and a very unpleasant man answered. He said someone would be out the next day at 8am to take a look. At noon, when no one had showed up, I called and the same unpleasant man didn't seem to care, saying only that there was a "break in" somewhere and they were dealing with that. OK, fine. Do you think you could have called me?
An hour later some young guy shows up, looks at my door
So, I called, and a very unpleasant man answered. He said someone would be out the next day at 8am to take a look. Lincicome construction recently replaced my wood door on my home, and am very pleased with the outcome!
Keith met with me numerous times, to make sure the project would go well.
He took charge of the whole project, after I ordered my new door, arranging it for it to be stained, removing the old frame, and installing the new one, and packaging up the the stain glass sidelights, that I had previously. Very professional, and courteous.

Words can't express my appreciation for the work and professionalism Kyle and Eric did for me at my home. I have 2 oversized sliders that are over 38 years old. They were hard to open and they fixed them so they glide so easily now. Also, both my screens needed help, he didn't have the parts since they were so old so, Kyle said he would see if he could find the parts and within 2 hours, they were back at my house with a new handle for one and a new weather strip for the other (no more squeaking when I open it)! They both now are like brand new. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on

Immaculate Conception Church contracted with Lincicome Construction for the replacement of six doors. This was not an easy job as our Parish was built in 1952 and the doors, as well as the hardware, were original. Keith Lincicome, along with his employees worked very hard for us as far as helping design exactly what we wanted. Their workmanship was excellent as well as their customer service. We could not have asked for a better relationship and the result is just what we has hoed for. The doors are truly beautiful . We highly recommend this company.

We needed a double casement window to be replaced with a door. Easy: I went to Salem Door and explained my needs, but they told me that they cannot help and handed me a business card to Door Repair Replace. Called Keith, who pretty much immediately came over to check out our needs, and suggested a solution. Keith did all measurements, ordering and coordinations with manufacturing, painting, and installation. It took Keith’s son Kyle and a second installer Eric only one and a half days for the total job. They protected our floors, did the tear down without any mess, completed the installation

Keith & Kyle's company installed the new fir door I had purchased. This entailed picking up the new door when it was shipped, removing the old framing & sill, getting the new door painted, sealed, & fitted, and picking up & installing the new hardware. They did a masterful job on all counts! They had the door custom-painted with paint that can best withstand an eastern exposure--it is gorgeous!! I could not be more pleased!

I had two door put in and they asked me if they could delete an electrical plug on the right side of the door because it only had one wire going to it anyway so I would only lose the one plug. Later I noticed another plug didn't work. I checked the box they deleted and there were 2 wires. I called Keith and he said they were not electricians and they did it as a favor. Not a very good favor, now I need to pull off all the drywall to get the wire ran, that should have been done at the time.
