After suffering through an absolutely horrible roof replacement a couple of years ago with another company, I was recently horrified to find a new leak. I called several roofing companies only to receive a constant runaround of no-shows and broken commitments. Jordan from New Leaf Roofing has restored my trust in roofers. I would definitely recommend and use New Leaf Roofing again. Jordan Smith, the owner, was very responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered before replacing my roof due to hail damage. The work completed was high quality and the crew made sure everything stayed clean throughout the install. I did not find a single nail in my yard after the work was complete. It is nice to find such an honest and helpful contractor who is more worried about doing the job right then anything else.

In process of purchasing our new home, our home inspector found a few areas "he wasn't sure about on our roof". I asked Jordon from New Leaf to come by in take a look. He came promptly, and gave us a complete inspection with pictures. He then performed the needed repairs a few days later, and at very good price.

We have used Jordan Smith and New Leaf Roofing for 3 of our homes. Each time the attention to detail is impeccable. When our lakehouse roof started to leak, we tried to use roofers in the area but after several patch jobs didn't correct the problem , Jordan and his team came to the rescue. They drove out of their way, identified the problem when others couldn't and took care of us like we were family. I highly recommend Jordan and New Leaf Roofing!

Jordan called me back right away (on a Saturday evening) even though they were closed at the time... He came out exactly when he said he would, brought with him an awesome and very experienced roofing man and did and absolutely incredible job replacing roofing (perfect color match) flashing and some rotted sheathing.
My leak is fixed and the work Jordan and his team did looks amazing - better than new.
NuLeaf is my roofer from now on!

New Leaf roofing was recommended by a friend who vetted the company, its employees and the owner "Jordan Smith". I called on a late Thursday afternoon and Jordan Smith was at my house at 9:30 the next morning. Jordan was extremely professional, he spent a lot of time inspecting the roof, took multiple pictures, and measurements. The next day Saturday, he sent me a detailed email of all the issues we discussed. The following Monday Jordan Smith and his team/crew were on site and started the job. The whole team is professional and very friendly. The price was reasonable and the work

Beautiful job. Jordan is very observant and pointed out areas needing attention whether or not a benefit to New Leaf.
- Old shingles directly to trailer eliminating bits and pieces of roofing material in the yard.
- Our paint contractor had to remove some drip edge. New Leaf found painted drip edge that matched the fascia color perfectly.
- High quality GAF shingles
- Very polite and efficient crew
- Cleanup was meticulous
- P.S. We are not employees or family members. LOL

My husband and I took off the week of June 13th to June 17th to prepare our house for sale, to schedule roofers for quotes, etc. We left a voicemail with New Leaf Roofing on Thursday 6/16 @ 12:15 to give us a quote for a roof. We had check in hand from the insurance company and didn't even need an inspection.....just the work done.
