Had plumbing problems, scheduled appointment for the next afternoon but had cancellation and were able to come in morning. We were told by another company that all lines needed to be replaced, they figured out the problem, replaced leaking outdoor faucet and were done in the same day. Two days later while working found a different problem and were able to show up same day earlier then we had scheduled. Dave and Jason were great guys that did our work.

I called 2 weeks ago asking to schedule an air conditioner maintenance and she told me she couldn’t tell me how much it would cost but she would leave a note on her boss’s desk and he would call me back immediately. 4 days later I called again saying I hadn’t heard anything and she said her boss was in his office and my note was on his desk and he would call back immediately. A week later I called again and she said she would leave another note on his desk. It felt as if I was the one trying to make a sale for their company at this point so I said screw it and called “Air Pros H&C in Marion”

We have called Kennedy's on two separate occasions over the past couple of years for two different issues with our furnace. Each time it was a Saturday morning when we discovered the issues and called and--much to my pleasant surprise--they not only returned my call within ten minutes but they were at my home, had the repair completed, and had left within two hours of me even picking up the phone to make the initial call. I was shocked that it was all taken care of so quickly and efficiently and I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. I felt that their charge for an "after-hours" repair
