Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Called for an estimate a week ago, told I'd get an estimate by the next day. No response yet, no estimate. Not even an estimate as to when I'll get the eatimate. If you have forever to wait, maybe this is a good company, but if you want your project done this year, look elsewhere

I scheduled an appointment for a septic tank pumping and it was scheduled for a Wednesday. They were able to get me on Tuesday instead, which was AWESOME because I needed it badly! They were very quick and courteous and it was a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs their services!

While the two individuals who came out to my property were extremely nice and informative, the company straight up lied to me on the original estimate. I was quoted $300 over the phone, and $600 for both the pumping and the pipe cleaning. It was very explicit that the price was $300 for each service. When I received the bill it was $350 and I called to ask about the discrepancy I was just told "I'm the only person you would have talked to , and it's been $350 for years" - While everything else was great, that is just extremely unprofessional and the response could have been in a more professional

Hampstead Septic (Lewis Farms and Liquid Waste) was terrific to work with, and the service was excellent. Candice helped me right away when I called with our septic problem, she booked an appointment for the next day, and accurately diagnosed the problem as I described it. Jonathan and Drew came out the next afternoon and did an incredible job of servicing the system and determining the problems. This is our first experience with Hampstead Septic and we are now permanent customers! Our old septic company is no longer on the rolodex!

We have had Lewis Farms out 3 times in the past 10 years just to service the tank filter and pump out. This last visit they noticed that the tank wasn't draining quickly and inspected the "D box" and found quite a bit of mud in it. The washed out the box and power washed all of the lines to the leach field and now all is good. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience with Lewis Farms. I am a real estate agent and needed a last minute septic pumped. I called Lewis Farms and the nicest lady answered the phone. She said they had a truck in a nearby neighborhood and could do it that day. I was able to pay for it over the phone and it was an easy transaction. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I can't say enough how pleased we were with our experience. We have never had a septic system before so had no idea what we needed to do. I spoke with Candace on the phone, and she was so friendly and took her time explaining so much to me. She made me feel important and not in a hurry to just make the sale. We had a septic emergency and needed it pumped that day, and sure enough they worked us in. The men that came out were super nice and very informative to my husband as well.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had septic lift station pumped out by them and pump was pulled up because cutter was jammed. My plumber from East Coast Drain Cleaning took cutter off, removed the piece that jammed cutter, started it up and worked fine. As the plumber was putting pump back into lift station the housing around pump was broke and needed repair. The two guys from Lewis Farms who pumped out the septic lift station said they have a guy who fixes housing all the time. I was there the whole time and said ok have their boss Wesley call me and let me know. One and half hours later I get a text from
