Second time returning customer very impressed with the customer service and how fast they arrived and got my door open. They didn’t stop there the gentleman asked me if I would like a copy made and did it right there in his van! Talk about customer service! I can tell they genuinely care about their customers! Would definitely recommend this five star business!

David was fantastic! He was swift in getting back to me, in order to schedule a date and time to rekey the locks on the closing date of recently purchased house. That day, there was an incredible rain storm with a tornado watch and he came to do the job, regardless! He was very professional, friendly, and asked questions to determine the best type of lock. We highly recommend him.

I spoke with David Sr. about my key problem today. He was so honest and helpful on our phone discussion, what a breath of fresh air!! He walked me through some steps that I could try before having him come out. Old fashioned assistance from one person to another. This is what communities are missing. Kudos David! I will ONLY use David's Locksmith services when another issue arises and will definitely pay it forward by touting him always! You'll be sorry if you use someone else.

David replaced 3 knobs and locks in our home. Very easy to work with and quickly did the job for us. We weren't hard pressed for timing but he made it a point to discuss what we wanted, purchased and then installed. Very pleasant to interact with and we are overall pleased with him and his work. We highly recommend him to others.
