I had a septic system that was collapsing. Called GreenPro. Explained my situation. I have 15 family members coming to spend the week of Thanksgiving with me! And a septic system that was nonfunctional. Mr Clemons sent technicians out that afternoon. Alas the old system was not salvageable. After a discussion with Mr. Clemons , he was able to send a crew the next morning. It was raining…. The crew arrived and worked efficiently and my new system is in and area cleaned up. I can’t find the words to convey my appreciation for this rapid response to my horrifying problem. Professional service

They installed my new water treatment plant Dec 26 2017, did an amazing job, very prompt. I recently had the tank pumped by a different company and as a result had to have Green Pro out to reset the tank. As previously they prompt and reasonable. We had built fences since the installation and they had to work in a tight spot. We got 4 inches of rain barely a week later and the tank stayed put. I highly recommend this company!

If you're looking for above and beyond customer service, look no further. I had lots of questions about whole house water filtration systems and Jake very thoroughly answered all of them, in person.
