On a recent cold and rainy Sunday I inadvertently locked myself out of my motor home. There is no alternative entrance and I could see my keys on the dash. I contacted ACE SAFE AND LOCK COMPANY. Following our discussion they agreed to give me an assist. I found them to be professional, kind and down right nice! Their fees are more than reasonable for an emergency lock out.

So picture this: I purchase an Ultraloq KeyPad from Amazon only to find out it won't work on my door. I call up about 10 Locksmiths and all of them tell me it's the wrong KeyPad and obviously they all want me to purchase a new one from them. Biggest nightmare for anyone in this situation.

Short story: I didn't get to experience the workmanship of Ace Safe & Lock, primarily due to some pretty awful customer service from the front desk.
Long story: I called to schedule an appointment far in advance, and the lady on the phone took my address and allowed me to schedule, but told me to call back closer to the date so that it could be confirmed. I thought this was a bit weird and thought that theoretically THEY would be the ones to call and confirm, but, I brushed it off and called back a few days before my scheduled appointment.
