Ron’s professional, has the knowledge to identify a problem accurately, and provides a solution quickly.
Twice I’ve went through Liberty and both times (filter cleaning & pool motor timer) Ron responded to my original request within the hour and was able to squeeze us into his schedule within a 1-2 day time frame from the request.
In addition, we’ve had 3 different companies since moving here provide a filter cleaning. Liberty Pool’s went above and beyond by sending before and after pictures of the panels whereas the other companies only sent me invoices for work you can’t see...

We had a part on our Jandy equipment break and need assistance. We called Leslie Pools and they recommended Liberty Pool Service and are so happy to have this contact. Guys from Liberty came out last weekend and fixed the problem that we were having with our above ground pool. They spent a lot of time addressing all the existing problems and our pool is finally up and running after my husband and I wasted countless hours trying to fix it. This company was the only one out of many that even called us back since its busy season. We are very appreciate and pleased with the level of customer service. Liberty Pool Service is the absolute best in the area!! I called several other companies a year ago, none of them followed through with making their appt and many did not even return my calls. Ron called me back immediately and followed up with a text. He showed up the following day, gave me a very fair quote for bi-Weekley cleaning on my pool and has not missed a single day in the past year of service!!
