Trevor was sent to our condo to hook up the ice maker on our new fridge. He efficiently and courteously completed that task. I mentioned that our air conditioning was not working. He said he was on the plumbing side of the business but would see if he could make a call to the office and figure it out. He facetimed someone on the air conditioning side and got it fixed while being talked through instructions. Ralph Mignone and Scott Kennedy continue to provide excellent service. I used them today for my home. I had a leak and they were out and had my issue repaired in a matter of hours. I've used to use Avis for several years in the condominium business and I highly recommend them.

My mother in law had some plumbing/ a/c things done at her house by Trevor. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and clean. He explained everything to her. Everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was also happy to do a couple other add on things she added when he was there. She now plans on using him for her A/C maintenance and any other plumbing A/C work she will need in the future.

Our condo association sent Avis Plumbing & AC to fix a badly clogged AC drain line on a Sunday. I appreciated that the service technician, Michael Souder, took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. Before leaving, Michael tested the drain line thoroughly to make sure that it was functioning properly, and he cleaned the work area well.

The main above ground water pipe that supplies water to the house had a pinhole in it that was spraying water constantly. When I called, they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day. I had trouble turning off the water at the street, so I called them back to see if they had any tips. Because we live so close to the office, they sent someone over to help me turn it off hours before our scheduled appointment time. The gentleman who came to fix the pipe had a solution right away and got it done. I also appreciated that he tried to temper our nerves about a high water bill due to the water

My experience with the Team at Avis Plumbing and Air Conditioning was excellent! This was a little unusual as they were remedying an issue with a previously installed AC system and there were some issues with the permitting from that install. Scott Kennedy handled it liked a pro and got everything in motion to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely contact the team at Avis in the future and recommend them highly. These guys are the best. Every conversation I had with an Avis employee was professional yet extremely comfortable. I could tell they would do the job right and charge me fairly. Ralph, my technician, was super helpful and took great care of us. I would recommend Avis to anybody looking to have some work done. I wish all companies were this easy to do business with.

We were having issues with our AC in our new house so I gave Avis a call to help. They came out quickly, which is the only positive I can say. The technician said we needed a new AC after looking it over for a few minutes. He stated he checked everything and the only thing we could do was replace it. He gave us a bid for a new AC. A week later we had another AC guy come out to give us a bid on the AC. He agreed the AC needed to be replaced, but he did several things to help us get through right now. For example he changed the filter on the blower, and he noticed we were low on freon. We
