..very busy..guy charged me $100 and still told me he can not find what is wrong with my Air conditioner...so I'm just out of $100 because that's what they charge too look at it...and still no clue why my ac won't hold any refrigerant...he told me I would have to come back and get it rechecked again..I'm like what the hell 🙄😐🤔🤔🖕and I also would have to pay to get it looked at it again....😡I don't need you to look at it and still not tell me the problem and still charge me

I had my A/C checked and serviced two years ago (2019), at Sears, when they were still operating at St Vincent Mall. The cost was $160. Last year, when summer came around the A/C was not working, sweated through the whole summer. This year, took it to Kellogg, they had for it a day and a half, located, and repaired the leak in the system for less. I highly recommend.

Took my Mercedes in to get air conditioning fixed. Kept my car for over a week. Said they were trying to find the leak. Went by on Monday around noon to check on car and it was no where to be found. They said it was out for a test drive. Test drive ? really? Guy called someone and it took about 30 minutes for car to show up. Smelled like cigarette… smoke inside, cigarette wrappers in car and empty cups, was dirty and had mud inside the car. Looks like they had a fun weekend ! So when they say they treat your car like their own, THEY DO!!! ZERO STARS! A/C still doesn’t work properly

Very excellent work! He was fast and much cheaper than any other mechanics I got quotes from. Will refer him to anyone 10 times over! He instantly knew the problem (compressor) and fixed it within our means, budget and schedule. Our car went from absolutely no A/C to blowing snowballs INSTANTLY. We are beyond satisfied with his work.

Kellogg's replaced the evaporator core and the compressor in my 2008 Lexus ES350. In the process they pulled the dash out 4 times. When they put it back together they could not get my car to recognize the key, could not get it out of anti-theft mode and could not get the air bag light to go off for 25 days. I now have it back and the radio, navigation system and trunk release button do not work. They also failed to re-install the center console correctly. They never offered a rental car. Also, I saw tools on my leather seats and the carpet was never protected. While my car was there they admitted
