The windows we bought are fine after 4 whole years but the installation was a bit lacking. South facing part of the house looking at the ocean take a beating from the sun and forget it when a storm comes in. After the first year they came back out and caulked the windows again cause the rain came right through on to my wood floor. Every year you forget to caulk your windows and a storm comes, guess what happens. Wet floor. I'm digging out all their caulk and expanding foam so I can attempt to seal these windows correctly but if you have windows in California facing South and you don't

Excellent experience/service all around from the sales rep Michael Incavo to the office personnel to the whole installation team. Custom windows came in earlier than estimated and installation team of two trucks and 5 workers were professional and efficient.
Job was just recently completed but all in all 100% satisfied up to this point.

CRW did a fantastic job with our window replacement. We have at least eight quotes prior to selecting CRW. They came out right away. Their
representative measured, and provided me in brochures, a name card, and emailed me his quote later in the day. Everything he said he would do, he did.
Out of all the quotes we got, not one other company gave me a brochure and explained why it's best to go with Simonton Windows. He was patient and knowledgeable. Everything he said, he did.
Our windows look great. The house is super quiet now.

Worst customer service ever!! After measuring our window replacements... they ha e two that were completely incorrect. Our front door was also made incorrectly. Not only did the company not do anything to expedite the issues, they made us wait Alamo an entire year to finally resolve it. Multiple visits to our home and not much done.

Over a period of time, I had new Simonton dual pane windows installed in my home. I was very happy with their customer service, the window quality and the pricing. The installation process was always neat and efficient. I've had sliding windows, one sliding patio door and one fixed glass window installed. My only criticism was regarding the fixed glass window which has obscure glass. It simply is not obscure enough, but I'm not sure that is CA Replacement's fault. Overall, I recommend this company.

Jimmy Jimenez was our estimator. He provided an in-home estimate and listened to our needs. He was well versed in windows and uses Simonton and Anlin. He had samples to show me of the types of obscure glass we had to choose from. He had a a very thorough estimate over to us the next day. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend him and Cal Rep!

All the bedroom windows were ordered wrong. The sliders and exterior windows were installed dinged and damaged. Our slider was installed and doesn't have the exterior molding. To top it off all the interior finish work looks horrible. Joel came out to look at the work and was so unprofessional did not take any responsibility for the work. We had previously used CalRep before for a sliding glass door so called them back when we wanted to replace some windows in our home. While we initially contracted for six windows, we later discovered that some new window coverings prevented us from installing five of them. Still, CalRep arrived on time to install our single remaining window in front of the home. They were punctual and neat and the two technicians completed the installation in about 1 hour. Last year, I ordered 13 Windows, a sliding door and patio French doors from them. I liked their service and price and things seemed to be going well. They gave me a 4-6 week delivery expectation. Overall I had an okay experience and might use them again if I had to. First I want to say the install guys did a great job and the product itself is impressive. We had Jimmy come out and give us an estimate on replacing almost ALL of our exterior doors and windows in our home. ~22 items worth. Cal Reps quote was surprisingly super competitive vs the other two companies we looked at. The first hitch was that Jimmy told me over voicemail the install would be happening on "x" day between 8-10am. It's a three day job. I had to get work off those days to accommodate, no big deal. 11am

Browsing Yelp recently, I was surprised that I had not reviewed these folks yet. We had them replace a few windows in 2016. We had an issue with handle on sliding screen door a year or two later--they came out and fixed it for free. While they were here, they noticed a problem with screen door and fixed that as well.

We own a condo which means we have strict association rules we had to follow with upgrading our windows. During the quote/inspection, Pat was extremely professional, friendly and informative on the specific type of windows and sliding glass door we had to get. Our experience all started with making the initial phone call to California Replacement windows where we were warmly greeted by Juli. I was able to tell her what I was looking for and was very surprised at how quickly she was able to send Jimmy out for a free in-home estimate. We were on a time constraint due to our baby coming. Jimmy was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the options for our shutters. Due to Covid, Jimmy made sure to keep his mask on and kept his distance.

Joel is a class act. We're doing a remodel of our Kitchen, two baths, and a powder room, and needed to have the garden window replaced, so contacted 4 window companies to provide estimates.
Joel was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He's a GC so he knows his stuff pretty good, so we felt we're in good hands. And things another window company missed, he already knew.
We ended up not using him, but it was because the window was going to take about 3-4 weeks, and it turned out that the GC we selected for our remodel was able to get the window and streamline the replacement

The best, hands down. Installation was so much easier than I expected with nine guys on the first day and maybe four to finish on the second as promised. Friendly and very competent, that’s my impression. I love my new windows and frames!! I thought we’d have to repaint and hire someone to replace the blinds, etc. Not so. Easiest remodel I’ve ever done. Worth the money. You get what you pay for!!

Cal Replacement Windows is great to do business with. I received bids from 3 different companies and they provided the best value, by far. Everything went smoothly from the estimating, follow up measuring, to the installation. I had a large job so the installation took two days but the team was very efficient and made sure to clean up when finished. I love the way my windows look. I would highly recommend them.

We were totally impressed and satisfied with Cal Rep Windows. We replaced all the windows and patio door in one unit of a 4 story condo building. Cal Rep Window representatives were knowledgeable of Long Beach City Code for new windows, including requirements for above 3rd floor. They also took care of getting the needed city permit. The window quality is excellent, their prices were competitive, and their workers were prompt and courteous. We expected this project to be a big ordeal, but instead it all went smoothly and according to the agreed time schedule.
